Well been looking for a fried chicken place for awhile, came across Fritou, decided to try it what a mistake if you like dry overcooked zero flavor absolutely no taste this is the place for you ridiculous bought the 6 piece chicken wow unbelievable opened the box dry burnt never ever again this is how restaurants go out of buisness I'm sure the owners have no idea the incopeneant workers he has I wish reads this comment & make changes before it's too late stay away from this dive untill they improve you will be deeply dissaponited unbelievable

Nice little spot for great fried chicken. It's always fresh & tasty, & the owner is very kind. They even gave my daughter a little surprise, they really know how to keep customers coming back! :)

I rarely give 5-stars, but Fritou Laval deserves such high rating.
First impression when I walked in is the cleanliness, then the friendly staff, excellent menu full of delicious food, portions are good, couldn't finish it all so I took it home & next day it still tasted as delicious & tender.

Opens late for night meals, that's a plus. You don't feel sick the next day like other places that sell chicken. & there is something magic about the ingredients.
You should try it. Kids love it too much.

During these past few months , the quality of the service & the taste of the food had a significant glow down since the new owner came. Mistakes made regularly in the order, sometimes the chicken has a lack of seasoning, waiting time a little bit longer when you order on site or thru pick-up. However the staff is still kind & gentle . Honestly, you guys are a good spot to eat fried chicken BUT if you continue to this path, I might try to find another spot. I really hope you'll comeback stronger ❤?❤?❤?
