An excellent Frito experience the chicken is the best in Montreal. Well done there's no oil inside Tasty well done I will recommend everybody in material price is excellent. One of the my best experience ever in that store. I really really really like it. Thank you for your too.
Nous avons visité ce restaurant hier vers 14h30. Nous étions deux familles, soit 4 adultes & 5 enfants.
Mon ami a demandé du ketchup, mais on ne nous a donné que deux petits sachets pour neuf personnes, ce qui n'est même pas suffisant pour deux enfants. Lorsque nous avons demandé davantage, il a demandé deux de sachets plus au début,. J'ai pourtant précisé que nous étions neuf personnes, sans succès.
C'est vraiment regrettable & donne une impression de radinerie. La qualité du service à la clientèle est très mauvaise. On nous a même dit que toutes les demandes devaient être faites en une seule fois, ce qui est peu pratique & peu professionnel.
La personne au comptoir, portant des lunettes & ayant un accent syrien, a été très irrespectueuse.
Je regrette d'avoir recommandé ce restaurant à mes amis. Ce sera certainement notre dernière visite.

Both the food & the service have declined over the past year. Today I was served non spicy chicken although I asked for spicy, sauce that was full of blobs, & an expired soda. Pretty sure I got food poisoning. I used to go there for years. May not be going back now. What a shame...
During these past few months , the quality of the service & the taste of the food had a significant glow down since the new owner came. Mistakes made regularly in the order, sometimes the chicken has a lack of seasoning, waiting time a little bit longer when you order on site or thru pick-up. However the staff is still kind & gentle . Honestly, you guys are a good spot to eat fried chicken BUT if you continue to this path, I might try to find another spot. I really hope you'll comeback stronger ❤?❤?❤?

The coleslaw did not look fresh at all
the color was much darker than normal & it smelled bad. The taste was sour in a spoiled way not just tangy. Very disappointed. Please check your food quality.
J'ai commandé un mac & cheese au poulet (12 oz / format mini) à 13,99 $. La portion est très petite & le plat était censé contenir du poulet, mais il n'y en avait pas du tout. En plus, le macaroni était immangeable : goût fade, sans saveur, vraiment décevant. Honnêtement, ça ne vaut même pas 2 $.
J'ai aussi commandé un plat fringale qui venait avec deux morceaux de poulet frits. Le poulet était fade, sans goût, très mal assaisonné.
Le tout venait avec un peu de frites & une sauce sans saveur. Pour un total d'environ 50 $, c'est complètement injustifié.
Vous ne savez clairement pas comment garder vos clients. Il faut miser sur la qualité & la quantité, pas seulement sur l'argent.
Went to order some food & he passed somebody before us because they spoke arabic. They told us he had to just pay so we can order but we waited for 5 minutes & they were still talking. Worst customer service ever. The chicken does not look fresh either.
