Service was fast, food was great. Our waitress was not very friendly to our group (I observed that she was much more friendly to the older groups). We took our son, daughter & her friends for dinner & she was abrupt & not too friendly to the one who was ordering... almost scolding her for asking for tea because they "are young" (her words) & she had already given water.... I guess she missed the fact there were at least two older people in the party....Another server was much more friendly & attentive to our needs. It would be nice to be served & not judged first. We would have given a bigger tip if not for that.View more

Update: the service has improved, the waitress is a lot more friendly! I went for dinner, & although the food is alright, the service leaves a little something to be desired. There was what appeared to be a large takeout order before our table & as a result we got our food a lot later than usual. Furthermore, getting one of the waitresses' attention is difficult even though there were only two tables of people in the entire restaurant. In addition, I always get the distinct impression that the waitress is impatient with us when ordering & she has in fact snapped at us in the past (yelling at the entire table once). Usually, the fried food (like the sweet & sour pork) is good, but this time it tasted slightly burnt. I think the oil may have been too old, which rendered the meal less enjoyable. For some reason, the restaurant no longer serves soup with the dinner, presumably to cut back on costs which is a also bit disappointing. Overall, it's not bad, standard food, but the service could be improved. Quite frankly, all the staff is really kind & attentive except for that one waitress, which is a shame because it brings down the quality of the restaurant.View more

La serveuse ne me laissait pas partir si je ne donnais pas minimum 20$ de tips. J'ai mangé pour 130$. Elle me dit de retirer de l'argent dans sa machine ATM . Elle dit ça coûte seulement 3$ de frais. Elle est folle. Mes 3 enfants étaient complètement bouleversés. J'ai jamais vu ça. Je vous suggère d'acheter pour emporter à la place. Elle ne comprend pas que tu donnes le pourboire en fonction du service & non pas ce qu'elle décide. Quelle femme déplaisante & pas professionnelle. Food was not great. The restaurant is not busy but the rest of the food was served about 40mins. One of the server is not polite because we did not give tip & was demanding & making a scene over it. Not going back here.View more

We were one of the only tables here for dinner. Got a few items along with a large fish maw soup & rice on the side. The service took a while for the food to come & brought about one dish at a time. The lobster dish was overly priced for the amount that was given. we sat next to the station & the lady working was banging dishes so loud & clearly didn't care. We always use to come for dimsum & dinner every now & then but lately it seems like the service is going downView more

Horrendous customer service. Plates & chopsticks came dirty & greasy. Bathrooms were disgusting. Kitchen & dining area were extremely unsanitary. Food wasn't great, nothing special. Waiter who looked like the owner took the order, was inattentive, rude & wouldn't make eye contact. They did not bring water or condiments which we had to ask for. We were disappointed with the overall experience as the food wasn't great & the service was terrible. We paid for the 80$ tab (which was for 3 dishes = ~22$/dish) which was quite expensive for what it was (rice & noodles) & chose not to leave a tip. The lady at the register then began to yell at us saying that we were required to tip & started yelling to call over her coworker & began to threaten us. She said that she was going to charge us separately for the tip & that we had to pay again. She proceeded to make a huge scene calling the owner & continuing to insist that we had to tip when we calmly explained that the tip was optional & would have been more than happy to give one had we have enjoyed the experience. We generally always tip generously but decided not to as the overall experience was really not enjoyable. Would not recommend at all.View more

Often order for delivery & have never been disappointed. The portions are generous & everything is delicious. I normally order dim sum & like everything I've had. On the delivery apps there is a 2-for-1 on salt & pepper tofu & Shanghai style noodles. Those aren't too fancy but for the price you get a lot of food. Happy to continue ordering here.View more
