"Horrendous customer service. Plates and chopsticks came dirty and greasy. Bathrooms were disgusting. Kitchen and dining area were extremely unsanitary. Food wasn't great, nothing special. Waiter who looked like the owner took the order, was inattentive, rude and wouldn't make eye contact. They did not bring water or condiments which we had to ask..."
