On a eu l'impression de déranger du début à la fin. À ce niveau-là, ce n'est plus un simple problème de service, mais un problème de comportement & de professionnalisme. Je n'ai jamais vu une équipe aussi désagréable. Ce restaurant est à éviter - un client mérite mieux que ça. »
I was really disappointed with my visit. The service was slow, & the staff didn't seem attentive. The food arrived cold & lacked flavor, especially considering the prices. I had higher expectations, but overall it wasn't a pleasant dining experience. I hope the restaurant improves in the future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER! I've made many orders over the years & I was proud to serve Folfol to my family. You pay a higher amount & it always felt that it was worth it - from the dishes to the packaging. We had friends visiting & all couldn't hide the fact that the dishes we loved had a strange consistency, felt old .. the spreads were dry on the side in the container. Lamb dishes were dry, covered in sauce to perhaps hide the fact. I have never thrown out food like this, what a massive disappointment. This is the very last time I will ever order from this restaurant or Damas. What changed?
A bunch of thieves, no exaggeration. I ordered from them on Uber eats, they cancelled my order, blocked my access to a refund & refused to refund me. I called them, asked them why I didn't get a refund & they lied to me & said that there was nothing they could do about it. I work with Uber eats & that is an absolute lie, they just wanted to steal my money.
They were laughing on the phone too, said they'd get the manager to call me back while never even asking for my phone number. Liars & thieves, disgusting.
They clearly think they can do whatever they want, they are not to be trusted, they stole from me, they could do the same to you.
De vrais voleurs, sans exagérer. J'ai commandé chez eux sur Uber Eats, La commande a été annulé, mon remboursement bloqué & refusé de me rembourser. Je les ai appelés pour leur demander pourquoi je n'avais pas été remboursé & ils m'ont menti en disant qu'ils n'y pouvaient rien. Je travaille chez Uber Eats & c'est un mensonge éhonté, ils voulaient juste me voler mon argent.
Habituellement, je ne laisse pas d'avis, surtout pas pour un plat commandé en ligne. Mais là, ça mérite vraiment la peine. C'est la deuxième fois que je commande le sandwich shawarma, & non seulement il est délicieux, mais en plus le packaging est vraiment soigné : le sandwich est coupé en deux, emballé séparément, puis placé dans une superbe boîte parfaitement adaptée. C'était bien chaud, frais & succulent. Merci, & bravo pour votre excellent travail !

Unfortunately i didn't take photos of the place or food...
I ordered 2 sandwiches 1 chicken & 1 beef shawarma.
The prices are a little bit expensive (20$/sandwich) but you pay for quality ingredients & nice syrian flavorful sandwiches.
I would go again & recommend eating there as the average cost of a sandwich in the city of montreal is 15$ & for 5$ more you have a big & really tasty one.
Simply the best take out restaurant in Montreal! The entire menu is delicious, fresh & well prepared. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful with recommendations. I really enjoy how fast their service is. They have the best chicken or lamb sandwiches, prepared fresh in just 5 minutes. They specialize in prepared Syrian dishes that you pick up & cook at home, in about 15 minutes, very easy & convenient. I strongly recommend!
