vraiment décevant. C'était un des bons restos à commander, mais dans la dernière année, c'est erreur après erreur dans les commandes, au point où c'est rendu un pari d'avoir ce qu'on a commandé. Les portions ont été réduites & la qualité aussi (mais aucune réduction de tarif) & jamais d'excuse quand ils oublient votre commande...vraiment décevant !

Ça fait quelques fois que je mange des plats chez Folfol & honnêtement, je ne suis jamais déçue. Pour les plats à réchauffer, la pieuvre est exquise !! Je suis très difficile habituellement, car je trouve que les restaurants la prépare mal, mais Folfol sait comment cuisiner de la bonne pieuvre ! Sinon, je trouve que la salade fattouch est très bonne, pareil pour le Shawarma Lamb & le Shish Taouk. L'équipe est accueillante & le service est rapide. Quoi demander de mieux ? Très heureuse qu'il y ait ce genre de restaurant pour emporter dans le coin. Merci Folfol !

Je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe de folfol pour leur professionnalisme & leur sérieux. Aujourd'hui, je suis venue pour commander quelques plats en précisant que j'avais une allergie à la moutarde. C'est la gérante elle-même qui m'a accueillie avec beaucoup de gentillesse.
Elle m'a dit qu'à sa connaissance, les plats que je voulais ne contenaient pas de moutarde, mais elle a quand même tenu à appeler le chef pour en avoir la confirmation. J'ai vraiment apprécié le temps qu'elle m'a accordé, surtout qu'ils étaient très occupés avec de nombreuses commandes.
Son attention & sa réactivité témoignent d'un grand sens des responsabilités. C'est très rassurant de voir un tel engagement envers la santé des clients. Merci encore pour votre écoute & votre professionnalisme !
