Unfortunately, the one star reviews are correct. I had great expectations as I love Middle Eastern food. The sandwich was incredibly small & for $20. I can name you five other places that will produce far superior & more more valuable sandwiches. To top it all off the location is absolutely freezing. I sat down with a friend to eat, & we both kept our coats on the entire time. I could've eaten three of those sandwiches for my lunch & for that price I should've had three.

Portions trop petites pour le prix. Deux shawarmas m'ont coûté 40 $ taxes incluses, ce qui est excessif pour la quantité servie.

La présentation est soignée & la boîte est bien faite, mais malheureusement le goût ne suit pas : c'était trop salé.

De plus, le shawarma avec le pain syrien n'était pas bon. Le pain était mou & brûlé, ce qui fait que j'ai mangé du pain brûlé avec une viande trop salée.

J'ai déjà mangé des shawarmas moins chers, avec de meilleures portions & un goût bien plus équilibré. Décevant pour le prix payé.

Service absolument inacceptable. Le personnel a fait preuve d'un manque de respect total : attitude hautaine, réponses sèches & aucune volonté d'aider. On a eu l'impression de déranger du début à la fin. À ce niveau-là, ce n'est plus un simple problème de service, mais un problème de comportement & de professionnalisme. Je n'ai jamais vu une équipe aussi désagréable. Ce restaurant est à éviter - un client mérite mieux que ça. »

I was really disappointed with my visit. The service was slow, & the staff didn't seem attentive. The food arrived cold & lacked flavor, especially considering the prices. I had higher expectations, but overall it wasn't a pleasant dining experience. I hope the restaurant improves in the future.
