About

Flyjin delivers a precise execution of Japanese-inspired cuisine anchored in a fusion philosophy that prioritizes bold flavor profiles and high-quality raw ingredients. The menu features an extensive array of sashimi, nigiri, and creative maki rolls that showcase seasonal seafood alongside expertly prepared small plates designed for communal enjoyment. Dark, industrial aesthetics define the physical environment, creating a focused atmosphere where the visual presentation of each dish takes center stage against the subdued lighting. Sophisticated techniques harmonize traditional preparation methods with contemporary culinary innovations to ensure a consistent experience across all offerings. Patrons encounter a methodical approach to gastronomy where the integrity of every component remains the primary objective. This establishment maintains a commitment to technical accuracy through the careful selection of proteins and the deliberate integration of vibrant textures throughout every single plate served.

Decent fusion (mostly) Asian food & cocktails, really liked their tacos, mushroom mix, & sushi platter. After 11pm it turns into a club, with good sets of DJs. Recommend if you like a fancy dinner with friends + nice house music.

It's a cool club but you need to buy at least 3 bottles to get in if you're a guy. The bouncers are super rude about it too. Expect to pay at least $1200 just to make it inside.

We enjoyed our special dinner at Flyjin. Scallop tartare with black caviar, wagyu tataki, oysters, maki, sashimi & nagiri plate prepared by Chef Kim & Chef Alex were outstanding. Juan at the bar suprised us with shots of Japanise whiskey & super dirty martini. Thank you guys for making our evening at Flyjin unforgettable! Food, location, atmosphere were great. Flyjin is highly recommended to visit.

If you wanna have a good night in Montreal, this is the best night club in town. The atmosphere of the place is so fun. The music is more like House type.
