Fleurimont Café & Vin apparaît comme un endroit intime et sans prétention où l'on peut savourer un café parfaitement préparé, un latte ou un espresso et un grilled cheese généreux, souvent mis en valeur par une sauce mayo pesto maison. Le cadre est petit et chaleureux, avec une jolie terrasse et un décor agréable qui invite à s'y installer même pour une courte halte. Le service est sympathique mais peut gagner en fluidité dans cet espace restreint, parfois avec un léger décalage entre les commandes et l'exécution. Le menu est simple mais très satisfaisant, les sandwichs comme le caprese et le G.O.A.T recevant des éloges et le fameux "grilled cheese Fleurimont" étant souvent cité comme l'un des meilleurs fromages fondants, à tremper dans la sauce mayo pesto maison. Les boissons froides peuvent être trop glacées et diluer les saveurs, les boissons chaudes restant préférées. Les prix restent raisonnables et les propriétaires apparaissent comme chaleureux et accueillants. C'est une belle découverte à refaire sans hésiter pour ceux qui passent dans le quartier.

The design of this cafe is so intimate & custom. The seating places are cozy, & well situated around the barista. I feel the barista, since they have the central vibe might feel a bit in the spotlight but this is an opportunity to build community & respect place, as we are in one of the great Italian & Latin neighbourhoods of North America. Know when someone needs a'hello'. The depth of austerity & pain working class immigrants have experienced is sometimes lost to new urbanites, but the mounting pressure to build community, & culture, is important. That being said, it's important to not be trendy or hipster. Being a barista is a brave & honorable service for many. Even if the style of coffee in climate change adaptive, the story needs to be told. We are living in a history of communicating land use practices through sustainable markets. Lets make that story a hero's journey. What a sweet little spot.

The cafe environment & staff were charming & sweet. My friend & I caught up for 2 hours undisturbed besides people coming in to buy coffees. The dirty chai was delicious & a good size for the price. The fleurimont grilled cheese was good but nothing special. If I needed a peaceful place to meet a friend over coffee, I'd choose them again.

I stumbled upon this charming little coffee shop while working nearby & was pleasantly surprised by its warm atmosphere & the kindness of the owner. The coffee was delicious, making it a delightful discovery. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy spot with great coffee!
