Chez Firegrill nous misons sur la qualité, qui est la somme d’une multitude de détails. Quelques-uns sont minimes, certains sont subtils, mais tous sont importants. L’essentiel pour nous est de satisfaire entièrement le client. Utilisant les ingrédients les plus fins et les plus frais, notre cuisine est basée sur des goûts qui évoluent et qui reflètent l’influence multiculturelle de notre ville. Nos clients sont en mesure de savourer un bon steak cuit à la perfection sur charbon de bois, des côtes levées succulentes dans une sauce B.B.Q. mesquite, ou essayer nos fruits de mer frais de l’Ocean, suivi d’un de nos délicieux desserts.
Concernant l'Atmosphère.
Tous les restaurants Firegrill sont conçus à partir de plans architecturaux originaux et chaque emplacement a une allure spécifique. Notre bar est l’endroit idéal pour y déguster un apéro ou un digestif. Notre objectif est de mettre les clients à leur aise tout en leur faisant goûter les meilleures grillades en ville. Notre clientèle étant le détail auquel nous nous attardons en premier, c’est pourquoi tout notre personnel est qualifié pour prendre soin d’elle d’après les plus hauts standards de l’industrie. Lorsque les gens choisissent de venir manger chez Firegrill, nous voulons leur donner toutes les raisons du monde pour qu’ils y reviennent le plus souvent possible. We went late, about 2 hours before close. First time there & no complaints about the service itself. The hostess was very polite & the waiter too. The food wasnt great. When the waiter asked how everything was we said ok as we didn't want to have to wait longer to eat because of the time. Plus, I also don't trust food sent back when eating out. My friend's chicken was good, but my hamburger was extremely dry & no flavor. It came with firehouse sauce that was barely on it. Most restaurants cook hamburgers well-done unless specified but this was like cardboard & flavorless. The mojitos we ordered for $11 tasted like nothing more than soda with lime & mint & zero alcohol taste. Maybe it was because ¾ of the glass was ice or maybe they really put no alcohol in it, but that was disappointing. The coffee was just warm & the 10% creamer possibly had started to turn because the coffee had an aftertaste once I added it. We wouldn't go back again for the prices & low quality of food & drinks. It's too bad because the service itself was good.

The food was absolutely amazing! But, the server was not very plesant. He was a bald older gentlemen (I did not get his name). Who yelled at me for tipping him $5. He said I should've tipped $9 instead. I could definetly empathise with him because the cost of living is outrageous. However, the way he handled the situation was not very professional. He then manually input the tip percentage on my friends bill & did not allow her to put her tip in herself. We felt really uncomfortable & displeased with the service. She asked for a medium steak & got one that was thoroughly cooked instead. They made a new meal for her which she was very happy with upon it's return. I think it was not fair that the server input the tip he wanted on her bill without giving her the chance to tip him what she thought he deserved. Food was great but service made the experience memorable in a negative way.

Went there last Saturday night for a multi bday supper. We were 7 people.

The restaurant itself is not bad. It's just as soon as it's running a bit by amateur lights are a bit bright. There's no atmosphere. The staff looks dishambled & non-professional. The food was good. The meat was very tender. We all had prime rib so it was tender but it's just. The presentation was a bit amateur as well & it's not bad like you could go eat there. I would go back. I guess I wouldn't suggest it but if somebody said they were going to eat that the fire grill I'd say okay. What the heck you know so it's not that bad
Cure & around the Phil St. Lawrence you can go try it out. Prices bit pricey. Service was okay. We had a great waiter Nick. Luckily we had Nick cuz if you looked at the other people working there it left the mind to wonder. Also the parking outside sucks you have to park your car like next to the building & it was raining & windy that night. So by the time we got in everyone's hair was up in the air. You can't drive up to the door & drop somebody off. You have to park far. That's it. It's terrible unless there was a side door I don't know about but I don't believe so. Yeah so I wouldn't recommend it you know but if you have to go because everyone else is going, go for it. Try the prime rib it was good. It's in the SphereTech on Cote vertu

I loves this place! The hostess & our server Charly were very pleasant, service was great, food was delicious, music & ambiance was nice! I wasn’t sure if it was really child-friendly, but Charly was great with my son, answering his questions & engaging with him. Looking forward to going back & trying other things on the menu!

Do not order the Old Fashioned. It was about a quarter of an inch of drink in the glass & that included ice. I'm not sure who would have come up with such a drink. Stay away from alcohol there.

Very pricey for the quality of food. They charged $3 for spicy mayo which is essentially ketchup & siracha. Like what?
Decent sandwiches but def not worth the $25+ for each.

Had a fantastic server & wonderful Ahi tuna sandwich for lunch. Server was very friendly & knowledgable about menu. Place was very reserved & well maintained. Reason for the 4 stars was because they were out of ALL draft beers & appeared to be out of every other beer unless it was lager or pale lager (out of brown ales, wheat beers, etc…you know the ones with flavor 😉.)

02/09/2023 - lovely birthday lunch for my Aunt Gladys today. Great food & really great service from Karolina. She did everything right to make us feel welcome & certainly made my Aunt Gladys’s day! She even brought out an ice cream sundae with a sparkling sparkler! Thank you Karolina! 🙏🌺

Prime Roast Beef Au Jus on the menu said "slow roasted to perfection" were far away from perfection. Looked like they were cooked days before & reheated until well done / dried out. Mashes tasted like they had been cooked days before as well.
Cooked forthe previous weekend ?
& brussels sprout over grilled in the oven with light sprinkle of parmesan & supposedly with bacon for 12$. They were less than 6 sprout in the plate. I feel I was a victim of the lack of customers in that restaurant.
So 59$ for sprouts, cooked meat & mashed.
Martini 18$ for a half full glass because "it's hard to carry" :-(
So 2/5 for food quality wasn't there but potential is)
4/5 service (1 server for a table of 12 & always look after his table)
3/5 atmosphere nice & comfy but my goal at going to a restaurant is 1 food, 2 service, 3 atmosphere. I felt like I was paying for an over spacious restaurant empty.
