The steak was very stringy.
They served it with a butter knife. I asked for a steak knife, & the waiter said they had no more.
When we finished eating, they brought us a steak knife.
The back corner of the restaurant was too hot. When I asked for more air conditioning, the waiter said there was no way to get more air in that corner, but I could always go outside for a few mins if I wanted more air. 🤦?♂?
With that kind of food & attitude, good luck.View more

We used to love this place & had left a glowing review a few years ago. Unfortunately, our experience this past Sunday was a complete mess.
The food is still fine, but everything else fell apart. There were only five tables with clients, & the server & busgirl looked completely overwhelmed. They were clearly not trained properly & should never have been left to manage the floor alone. It took forever to order, & we had to get up more than once to go find someone just to get basic service.
The table behind us stayed dirty the entire time we were there. The server brought a bottle of wine to another table & just left it, no glasses. As for us, he never came back to take our order even though we told him we were ready. We ended up ordering with the busgirl, who admitted she wasn't supposed to be taking orders at all.
She brought us the salad we were sharing but forgot the plates. Five minutes later, she came back… still without the plates… & asked if we still wanted them. Of course we wanted plates. We weren't going to all eat out of the same dish.
They kept blaming the fact that they were understaffed, but the restaurant was nearly empty. My husband wanted another glass of wine, but no one ever came by again.
We genuinely felt bad for the staff, both were young & trying their best but it's management's job to train them & not leave them to fail. The experience was frustrating & disappointing. Won't be returning any time soon.

Lovely italian restaurant with delicious pizza!
The decor is beautiful, the service impeccable & the food is divine! The tiramisu is really good. The place is large & groups welcome. In the Summer, there's outdoor seating which is nice. The music was not too loud & I loved being able to talk with friends very easily. I'll be back for sure!View more

I had my birthday dinner at Fiorellino Laurier, & it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm, & the service was exceptionally attentive without being intrusive.
The food was outstanding. The truffle pizza topped with burrata was especially memorable, & the mocktails were refreshing & just delicious!!
I highly recommend Fiorellino Laurier for any special occasion or simply a great night out.View more

We visited Fiorellino on Laurier Ouest to celebrate Mother's Day. My girlfriend had selected the location, & it was our first time trying the restaurant. The location is great-easy to find with plenty of street parking nearby. The restaurant has a warm, modern ambiance with high ceilings, an open layout, & a wraparound bar that adds to the casual yet refined vibe. We were seated right away thanks to the reservation, but there were definitely people waiting, which speaks to the popularity of the place.
The menu isn't overly large, but what's offered is well-chosen & interesting. We decided to share a few items at the table: the Contadina, Capresse, & Tartufata pizzas, along with the Misticanza & Caesar salads. Everything was fresh & beautifully prepared. The Capresse pizza, in particular, was a standout-perfectly balanced & packed with flavour. The crusts were just right: light, slightly charred, & airy. The salads were crisp & nicely dressed, making them the perfect complement to the pizzas.
Service was friendly & impressively fast considering how busy the restaurant was. Our server checked on us just enough without interrupting. The only letdown was that they were out of the desserts we originally wanted, which was a bit disappointing given the occasion, but understandable due to the Mother's Day rush. What we did end up getting was still satisfying. Overall, it was a wonderful meal in a welcoming space, & I'd definitely return-next time maybe not on a holiday so we can try the full dessert menu.View more

Management completely dropped the ball-our reservation was double-booked, & we waited 40 minutes to be seated on a birthday night. It could've been a disaster if it weren't for Faris. He went above & beyond with a custom charcuterie board (not on the menu) & free drinks to make things right. Faris did what management clearly couldn't: care about the guests.View more

Last week I came here for my birthady celebration. Originally it was supposed to be at another rstaurant but they cancelled last minute due to issues in the restaurant. Fiorellino was gracious enought to accommodate my large party. What could have been a disaster waa a blessing. Thank you to the whole Fiorellino team !!!! The food, atmosphere,& service was outstanding. A definate place to try if you have not yet!!!View more
