I had my share of bad experience in my life but never have I ever felt so insulted by someone who is suppose to be in charge of this establishment. They mocked my accent on the phone & kept arguing with me that I've placed the wrong order when I clearly did not!
Remember customer service is the lifeblood of this industry yet it seem in your case you've run dry on its resource by not only mocking my accent but also laughing at me on the phone! The manager attitude is profoundly unprofessional & unacceptable I cannot fathom such a horrible attitude from her! She reminded me of an ugly Regina from the movie mean girls.
Now the food! I've ordered the chicken fried rice & the egg rolls among other items & I must say everything was so oily & packaged without care! My fried rice was so salty it tasted like sand!
The delivery took forever & when it came the food was cold...
I didn't have any issues with my deliveries in the past but when they made a mistake with my order they made it sound like it was my fault because of "the way I said it." I over heard them on the phone laughing. I was very upset because they kept arguing that I said my order wrong & it felt like it was useless to get it fixed. I was so mad that the conversation was not going anywhere & the server kept insisting I ordered mixed vegetables while I specified at the beginning that I wanted Stir Fried Chinese mushroom (just because I said only the vegetable as the previous time I ordered they asked me if I only wanted the vegetable) so I just hang up. I'm still very upset. They just lost a loyal customer. Won't be buying from them every again.
I ordered in. The spring roll had so much oil that using a ton of paper napkins still didn't take it all out. The cashew chicken had a measly 5 mini bite size pieces of chicken. The sauteed eggplant reeked of oil & sauce. Not a good experience for sure.
