So I didn't expect anything extraordinary. Just adequate "Chinese/Canadian" food. The food was mostly adequate & prepared within the advertised time frame. The Cashew chicken was in the style to be expected with this type of establishment but I have to say, the chicken morsels did not taste fresh. The spring rolls, the noodles, the beef were all fine.. but that chicken was definitely not fresh.View more
I really like the staff. Super friendly. The manager too! Food is good & fresh. A bit expensive but delicious & fresh. Cooked with care. Delivery is quick too. Maybe it's because I live 5 min away by car. 😂 I highly recommend their Shanghai noodles & Chicken BBQ wings! Very good restaurant.View more
Where do I begin? At a time where a lot of establishments seem no longer concerned about first impressions, service or quality of their dishes, this was a refreshing experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in were immediately greeted by the most warm & welcoming host, & were promptly seated. Our server was rather shy, but quickly adapted to her role, was efficient & carefully double checked that our order was correctly taken. The food arrived quickly & was succulent & crispy in all the right places. We had hot & sour soup, dumplings with peanut butter sauce, both egg & spring rolls, honey garlic ribs, salt & pepper wings, shrimp in lobster sauce, general tao chicken with steamed rice. Everything was super delicious, so full of flavor (my tastebuds were delighted), especially noted, not a high salt content like some other places. Portions were generous, it served 3 of us quite well. We left stuffed & happy. Definitely anticipating my next visit. Btw I also ordered a take-away meal. Great job Fay Wong!View more
Great service. Manager Frankie was very nice, gave great food recommendations. Ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Cantonese Chow Mein, Beef Canadian Broccoli, Shrimp Lobster Sauce, Jasmine Green Tea. Would recommend all. About $20 per item but big portions. The tea was really good. 5$. Would recommend. House blend.View more
We traveled to montreal & our hotel was close to China town so we decided to get Chinese for dinner. Well after reading reviews we thought maybe giving this one a shot. It was a 25 min taxi drive & let me tell you, it was WORTH IT. Absolutely fantastic. Best Chinese food hands down. The Wonton soup is amazing. The chicken wings are just crazy good. & the egg rolls & spring rolls are so good we had to order more togo! If you are looking for a great Chinese restaurant, look no further.View more

Just a poor excuse of Chinese american food...How can you mess up on the general Tao chicken? My whole family got sick after eating here...Enough said!!
I had my share of bad experience in my life but never have I ever felt so insulted by someone who is suppose to be in charge of this establishment. They mocked my accent on the phone & kept arguing with me that I've placed the wrong order when I clearly did not!
Remember customer service is the lifeblood of this industry yet it seem in your case you've run dry on its resource by not only mocking my accent but also laughing at me on the phone! The manager attitude is profoundly unprofessional & unacceptable I cannot fathom such a horrible attitude from her! She reminded me of an ugly Regina from the movie mean girls.
Now the food! I've ordered the chicken fried rice & the egg rolls among other items & I must say everything was so oily & packaged without care! My fried rice was so salty it tasted like sand!
The delivery took forever & when it came the food was cold...
I ordered in. The spring roll had so much oil that using a ton of paper napkins still didn't take it all out. The cashew chicken had a measly 5 mini bite size pieces of chicken. The sauteed eggplant reeked of oil & sauce. Not a good experience for sure.
