Pour deux personnes seulement, & malgré une commande modeste, on a dû se patienter pour plus d'une heure de temps pour recevoir finalement notre commande. En plus de ça, il manquait des fourchettes, ils ne disposent que des cuillères. La bouteille d'eau n'était pas assez froide. Une gestion des lieux à améliorer...
The food was very tasty & generous, the service was nice, & the decor was beautiful, but the only thing was that the table wasn't clean after each customer & the order took 24 mins

I really wanted to like this...unfortunately it was the worse experience! Took 1:10 minutes to get 1 sandwhich & 1/2 chicken! The chicken was DRY & TASTELESS. They should have stopped taking orders half way....thats what happens when you are greedy but you also lose customers! The sandwhich was OK....they have to improve their process or else they will close fast. Laval is a super competitive area with restaurants opening every week.
If you're looking for authentic, delicious Lebanese food, this place is absolutely worth the visit. The sandwiches were packed with flavor, the meat was fresh & juicy, the hummus was excellent, & even the fries were seasoned perfectly. Everything tasted homemade & prepared with care.
One thing people need to understand before leaving a negative review: this restaurant is EXTREMELY busy, especially on weekends & during peak hours. Wait times of 20 to 40 minutes, & sometimes even longer, are completely normal when there's a lineup out the door. If you can clearly see dozens of people waiting ahead of you, simple math tells you the kitchen can only work so fast.
A longer wait does not mean the food is bad. In fact, it's often the opposite. Great restaurants attract crowds. Judging the quality of the food based solely on wait time isn't really fair, especially when the volume of customers is obvious from the moment you walk in.
The staff worked hard, the food was fantastic, & the restaurant was packed for a reason. Be patient, enjoy the experience, & you'll understand why so many people keep coming back. Highly recommended! 👌🔥🌯🇱🇧
C'est idiot comment les clients acceptent d'attendre plus qu'une heure pour avoir un sandwich à 17$+taxes. Comme si on distribue ça gratuitement. En plus ils sont très mal organisé on re donné la facture avec un numéro & tu dois traverser à chaque fois la foule des clients pour demander après ta commande .Un Androit à ne pas y retourner .
The food is great but the service & waiting time is not good at all. They need to hire more stuff & be more organized. Also, offer an option to order online so the food is ready once the customer arrives!
