Cette boulangerie fait de bon produits, très mauvais cafés peu importe le choix ce sera une erreur. Le service est représentatif d'un boulanger qui n'est pas capable de trancher son pain... Après avoir charcuter un pain & que le quart soit rester dans la machine. Je me fais offrir 10% de rabais en ayant droit au commentaire que c'est impossible de trancher ce pain... J'y achetais ce pain durant les 3-4 dernières années. Parler en français n'est aucunement important pour l'entièreté de l'équipe sauf un seul jeune homme qui offre un bon service. Mais une personne dans une boulangerie avec du coeur au ventre fini par ne plus paraître quand les autres maillons de la chaîne son si faible. J'avais l'habitude d'y dépenser 25$ par semaine soit 1200$ par année & je n'y mettrai plus jamais les pieds. Je ne suis certainement pas le seul. Après avoir vu une femme enceinte se faire refuser l'accès à la salle de bain alors que c'est 100% illégal de le faire mais surtout amoral..... Je vous souhaite de faire un grand ménage car l'entreprise coule. Plusieurs locaux vous ont delaissés.

La nourriture est plus que délicieuse. Cependant le manque de respect de la part de certains membres du personnel est très insultant. Ce n'est qu'une employée, mais il est choquant que les propriétaires n'agissent pas vu un tel comportement. Update** Le propriétaire de la boulangerie a bien adressé la situation, & ce rapidement. I recently visited FARINE & VANILLE & was blown away by their service & delicious breakfast offerings. I'm not usually one for sweets, but their hazelnut & chocolate chip cookie was absolutely irresistible. The croissants were perfectly flaky & buttery, truly some of the best I've had. Their vanilla & almond milk lattes were also amazing, smooth & full of flavor, making it a delightful start to the day. The friendly, attentive service added to the wonderful atmosphere. Local pastries with ingredients sources from Quebec. I ordered the vanilla knot & cinnamon roll & both were so good! Perfectly sweet, soft texture, but not too soft & looked amazing. They also have coffee here & some tables to work as well. I wish everything they sold was only local things but that would mean no vanilla so I get it.View more

Every time I come to Montreal I make sure to visit Farine & Vanille. Relaxed, cozy atmosphere, super friendly staff, & THE BEST croissants, pastries, & breads I've ever eaten. The multigrain twist & bread pudding are my favorites, but everything here is amazingly delicious.
