Même décor depuis des années. Personnel ancien & serviable. Pas de boisson. Prix très abordables pour une personne seule à budget limité. Frais...&, leur egg roll authentique excellent.
La verdad entre con poca fé en el restaurante ya que no había clientèle y cuando entre olia à ropero de abuelita, pero el servisio fue bueno la senora fue atenta y cortes, ademas la comida estuvo bastante bien, solo diría que el arroz se sentía un poco biejo, pero el reto sabía bastante bien.
Recomiendo pedir algún combo ya que son llenadore

Ce restaurant devrait fermer. La dame au téléphone est extrêmement impolie. Elle insiste pour dire que j'ai commandé autre chose, alors que je lui ai répété 4 fois que je voulais du poulet Soo Guy. Au final, j'ai reçu du poulet à l'ananas avec une sauce rouge chimique, au goût de fraise - absolument pas mangeable, vraiment dégoûtant. En plus de ça, elle m'a raccroché au nez. Service inacceptable.
Je tiens à signaler une très mauvaise expérience au téléphone avec une employée. J'ai commandé un poulet suwgai, mais j'ai reçu un poulet à l'ananas. Lorsque j'ai appelé pour expliquer la situation, la dame m'a répondu de façon impolie & désagréable, en affirmant que j'avais tort sans même vérifier.
Elle m'a également dit de'faire attention la prochaine fois', sur un ton condescendant, ce qui est inacceptable comme service à la clientèle. Un minimum de respect & d'écoute serait apprécié.
Not to many Mom & Pop Chinese restaurants left in the Villeray area. This is my go to place for regular Chinese food.(Chop Suey, Fried Rice, Spareribs, Egg roll, & Won-ton soup, & why not, Beef & Broccoli) The' Diner Deluxe' for two is what I usually order. Portions should be of equal sizes, I find some portions sizes to be small for 2 people, like their beef & broccoli,'where's the beef'? There should be no extra charge for changing items, as long as you are ordering food in the same combo group section, like at Fu-Lams on Jean-Talon east, where their portions are very generous.
To the owners of FamiLi, if you continue to penny pinch your customers with high prices, & small portions, you will not get my business anymore. Stop being cheap.
All in all, I give this Chinese Restaurant in Villeray a score of 6/10.
