Service is also great even if it is a place that is ALWAYS crowded on weekends. I was expecting to have a very same-same time at this breakfast spot, assuming it was going to feel like many of the other chain brunch spots, but I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place was! Friendly staff, cozy decor & banquet seats, fun art on the wall that clearly shows the character of the space. Their smoked salmon Benedictine was incredible, & their drinks weren't bad either! Great to arrive before 11AM on weekends to fully enjoy the vibe of the place.View more

On a quest for a delightful breakfast experience, we stumbled upon this gem & were so impressed that we couldn't resist coming back the next day! Day 1: We started with Eggs Benedict, which were perfectly poached with a silky hollandaise sauce that melted in our mouths. The Montreal Breakfast Poutine was a revelation crispy potatoes, cheese curds, & savory gravy made for the ultimate comfort food. To top it off, the mimosa was refreshing & complemented the meal perfectly. Day 2: Equally excited, we returned the next morning to try more of their offerings. The Champion Omelette was fluffy, packed with fresh ingredients, & incredibly satisfying. The Massive Breakfast lived up to its name, offering a hearty plate that kept us full for hours. For drinks, the Espresso Martini was a bold & indulgent pick, while the coffee was a comforting classic. The service deserves special mention our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, & added warmth to our experience. The ambience was cozy & inviting, making it the perfect spot to start the day. The breakfast option that comes with everything looks like a mountain of food when they bring it, but before you know it you will have consumed all of it & wondered why you have never eaten here sooner. (& hated every breakfast you've had prior because they don't compare to this.)View more

Came here for brunch. There was a short line but it moved fast. We got the breakfast poutine & the bacon & blueberry waffles (la belle province). Both were ok, although the waffles were a bit tough & chewy & there were hardly any bacon inside. The breakfast poutine could've used more sauce, I guess that's why I was offered ketchup, mayo or hot sauce. The potatoes were good though. Our waiter only came back to check on us at the end. It's a busy place, with some unique items on the menu.View more

The place was busy but we got seated pretty fast which was great. Our server was very attentive & patient. The place was cozy but offered plenty of seating. We ordered the breakfast poutine with fried chicken & the chicken & waffles. Their portions are big so I recommend ordering one dish for two people. The fried chicken was rather dry & it wasn't packed with flavour as I hoped it would be. The waffles were good. They were soft & slightly sweet. This place never let's me down. The waitress was sweet & polite. No doubt that she actually enjoys her job & the food they serve. I had the short stacks & capuccino coffee & my friend, the pulled pork breakfast poutine with a mocha coffee. We both loved our meals. The menu is simple. Fantastic restaurant in a beautiful part of Montreal. We walked over to try this spot. It had an extensive menu of breakfast, brunch & lunch items. I ordered the bagel with lox & my partner ordered the quinoa bowl. Both were magnificent as were the black coffee & the matcha we ordered with our food. The mid-century styling of this place was gorgeous & the booths were comfortable. It was a great spot & a good value. If you are in the area & looking for breakfast or brunch you cannot go wrong stopping here.View more

Amazing food bursting with flavour & home made goodness. We had the breakfast poutine & chicken & waffles. Both were amazing.
