I rarely live negative review but experience was memorable & I don't wish to any customer to experience this at evoila5 .
I came from the West Island to Rosemère for a medical meeting & during a short break around 11:30 a.m., I decided to stop at Evoila5 to quickly look at the menu & possibly order something. The door was locked when I arrived, so I assumed the establishment was temporarily closed & started walking away. Seconds later, an employee opened the door , was a Latino woman, so I simply asked if the store was open.
Unfortunately, what should have been a normal customer interaction immediately turned into an unnecessarily defensive & rude exchange. Instead of answering professionally, the employee sharply replied in French that she had been in the washroom & was'allowed to go.' At no point did I ask where she had been - only whether the business was open.
As I stepped inside to look at the menu, the employee became increasingly agitated, raised her voice, & informed me that she would not serve me because she'didn't like my approach.' The irony of hearing that from someone displaying such hostility toward a customer was difficult to miss.
To make matters worse, the overall level of professionalism & hygiene was surprisingly poor for a customer-facing environment. The interaction itself became uncomfortable due to strong body odor & unpleasant breath, which only added to the already chaotic atmosphere.
At that point, I chose to end the conversation & leave calmly. However, the employee still followed me to the door & loudly shouted insults toward me into the parking lot. I genuinely could not believe this was taking place in a business open to the public.
I work with patients & the public for years, & one thing I have learned is that professionalism is measured precisely during simple everyday interactions. Courtesy, composure, & basic respect cost nothing. Unfortunately, none of those qualities were demonstrated during my visit.
I sincerely hope management invests more attention in customer service standards, communication skills, & professional conduct, because this experience reflected
No subscription? I'm in! You decide 3 days in advance if you want to buy. You have to pickup though. But you'll cook & eat like at the restaurant, at half the price per plate. A lot of recipes: they recycles every 2-3 years.

Been a costumer for numerous years. Unfortunately last few months have noticed a drop in the vegetables freshenss ( rotten tomato wihin my order) as well as missing items in few of my orders. Furthermore when I called to discuss this I first left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I called back & was told a manager would call me back. No one called. I called back again & finally a young girl took my complaint & got back to me after speaking with the owner.Very disappointed in the slip in quality in last few months as i had enjoyed the service for numerous years.
De bonnes portions, se prépare toujours en moins de 30 min. Toujours bon !
Bon repas juste si on ai pressé & besoin des repas immédiatement il y a rien en magasin....dommage grosse perte argent de ne rien avoir en boutique !!! En plus pourquoi avoir un grand local comme ça avec aucun repas sur place
