I had breakfast here with my friend this morning. The food was delicious, though it was a bit small & overpriced. The ambiance is beautiful, sunny, there's a nice terrace which I wanna try in the summer. I'd suggest making a reservation because it got crowded around noon. The service was okay, not warm & kinda hard to get the waiter's attention while he was chatting with his friends. But the thing that bugged me the most is the interac machine, which has no 15% tip option. Only 18, 20 & 22, which dont show the amount. You can add a personalized $ amount, but not a %. I thought it was uncomfortable. Anyways, I might try it again
A friend & I stopped in for coffee & brunch over the holiday season. Service from the staff was exemplary, especially considering how busy they were on this day!
We shared a few brunch plates & sandwiches, & loved every bite! Portions were great & everything tasted fresh & made with care. Our coffees were equally as perfect.
I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a trendy & delicious meal!
la vue est magnifique spécialement l'été. La nourriture aussi est délicieuse mais le seul problème, je pense qu'il y a un petit manque de personnel donc il faut prévoir beaucoup de temps à rester là-bas. On a attendu 45 minutes pour notre nourriture mais sinon je n'ai rien à dire.
Dimitri, notre serveur, était vraiment à l'écoute & nous a offert un service exceptionnel. J'ai tellement apprécié mon expérience que je vais certainement revenir. J'espère qu'il sera notre serveur à nouveau lors de notre prochaine visite.

I was actually disappointed. We were 2 girls at the bar & had barely any service. We arrived at 12h15 & got only one coffee while waiting 1h for your food, because the girl behind the bar never came back to see us after taking our order. When our breakfast arrived, my friend ordered eggs & bacon with a bagel. They brought the eggs in a small plate the size of a coffee plate & no bagel. Waited around 15 minutes to get a dry bagel with no butter. We had to ask for a bigger plate so she could have all her food in the same plate. We were also shocked that she kept eating the fries in the plate of the lady sitting next to us. I get that it might be her friend, but as a GM in a club myself, it was disgusting to see her not wash her hands afterwards. When we asked for the bill I was shocked that she kept eating fries instead of giving us the bill & had to ask twice for it. We were there for a birthday & left disappointed & spending a lot less than expected due to the poor service. Not a great experience overall for us.
Their fried chicken is delicious. Other food options are average & inconsistent. The service can be extremely slow. We've waiting up to an hour for our food. The waiters & bus boys are not attentive & are often just chatting instead of paying attention. Priced are a little high especially for breakfast. Overall there are better options at Royalmount.
Overall good food with excellent service. Everyone was very friendly & we were able to get a table even without a reservation on a busy day. The sausages were a bit dry but the pancakes are a must try, they were delicious! The coffee doesn't come with the brunch plate so a little expensive, but would still recommend to try out this place.

1st time going there, ordered the phillysteak with the reduce wine sauce. Came dry with no sauce, when I inquired about it, they told me it wasn't reduce yet. But no one told me prior to oder, which very disappointing. I ask fir a discount since my meal was not as advertised, the manager said no through the waiter, didn't even bother to show up to us. Thankfully the waiter Thomas was understanding & gave us drinks on the house, which covered about half of the cheese steak cost. Overall bad experience, too expensive for what it is.
I ordered the Pollo Fuego & liked it. They gave a large portion of very salty fries with it, & had a hard time finishing everything.
The service was different. We went on a Monday around noon. I assume it was busy due to the holidays & the fact that the main location was closed.
After being seated & ordering our food, they gave us extra time to order, the waiter took a while to come back. It took about 35 minutes for our food to arrive (there were four of us). Our waiter seemed very busy & forgot about us for quite some time,he never refilled our water during our visit. When it was time to pay, it was also quite difficult to flag him down.
the food is really average - portions are really small for the price. They don't serve freshly squeezed orange juice, they use juice from a carton box. They don't serve hot chocolate, they heat up one that they buy from a carton box at the grocery store….I went with a group of 5 on a monday morning & the service was really bad. We waited 35 minutes for coffees, at least 20 minutes for someone to get our order, they kept forgetting add ons or they got my friend's egg order wrong. I paid 53$ incl. tips & taxes for a smoked salmon bagel (a very thin layer of smoked salmon, barely noticed there was any smoked salmon honestly), half an avocado & a matcha latté that wasn't even that good. Anyways, we are never going back there…
The food was fresh, well seasoned, & cooked to perfection. The staff was very professional & friendly, attended to all my needs, always had a smile & very warm. The service was excellent, didn't wait on anything, everything was coming on time. Atmosphere was great, seating arrangements excellent. Very clean as well. Would highly recommend coming here with friends, family, significant other or even just solo.
Délicieux. J'ai mangé la gaufre aux fruits, c'était vraiment très bon très moelleux. Habituellement les gaufres au restaurant sont vraiment pas très bonnes. Mais celles-ci étaient vraiment très bonnes & moelleuses.
