"Everything was excellent here. Unique and local at a level with the much lauded Noma in Copenhagen. The staff spoke excellent English. Two recommendations: 1) Go in the winter when it is fairly easy to get a table and 2) don't arrive starving, it's not that kind of place. Merci Beaucoup!"
