About us

The Hermitage Museum in Saint-Petersburg is world famous. Real gourmets also remember the Hermitage (Ermitage) restaurant in Moscow. It is there, at the end of the XIX century, that French chef Lucien Olivier invented his renowned Russian salad.

Ermitage restaurant in Montreal keeps both traditions: the artistic atmosphere of the Saint-Petersburg Museum and the refined cuisine of Moscow famous French restaurant.

Everybody should try it ! Very nice place & staff. Divers & tasty menu prepared by an experienced chef who also makes it look very beautiful. Definitely going back!

Awesome restaurant! When you enter you will feel amazed by the beautiful vintage decoration! A place that is both chic & cozy, perfect for a romantic date or a small family gathering.

You will not be disappointed by the quality of the food & the great service.

If you want an authentic experience with russian gastronomy then go to Ermitage!

We had an amazing experience at Ermitage restaurant celebrating my husband birthday. Beautiful abeyance, welcoming atmosphere created by our beautiful hosts. Great service. Thank you very much Galina & Andrey! The food was absolutely delicious & wonderful musicians made our evening there unforgettable.

Superb setting, service, food. Our group ordered a wide variety of appetizers & entrees & all of these items were traditionally delicious & beautifully presented. We look forward to our next visit to Montreal & to another enjoyable evening at this excellent establishment.
