"Shouldn't offer take out options if you can't handle it. We waited 20min to get an order only to get home ( 7min away) with nothing fresh, the burrata seemed to have been out for more than an hour, the foccacia was hard as a stone etc. I didn't mind the wait but it was obvious my order was sitting there for a good while..."
