Incroyable service par Yohan ce soir! Malgré la fin de semaine de la formule 1, Yohan était présent pour répondre à nos questions rapidement & servir la nourriture en moins de 15 mins! Je conseille ce resto à tout les amateurs italiens qui souhaitent manger de la bonne nourriture avec un excellent service!!

Je vais être honnête, le service était à désirer. Je suis venu un après-midi avec seulement 15-20 table max pour un ratio de 8-10 serveur + bar tender. Néanmoins, il m'est arrivé d'attendre 20-30min pour qu'un serveur viens prendre notre commande. C'est à noter que durant ce temps là personne n'est venu nous donner de l'eau & durant l'entièreté du repas personne est venu check-up sur notre table une seule fois sauf quand on avait fini pis on était prêt à partir. (la seule personne qui est jamais venu à notre table c'est un serveur amicable yeux bleu cheveux blond). Je trouve ça vraiment anormale pour un restaurant avoir un ratio de 1 serveur par 2-3 table d'offrir aucun service, venant de quelqu'un qui a travaillé en restauration pour de multitudes d'année. Néanmoins j'ai quand même donner du pourboire, mais je ne reviendrais plus.
Wow ! La barmaid blonde avec les tattoos est complètement insane ! Ça parait qu'elle aime son travail & qu'elle est fait pour travailler avec les gens. Elle était super souriante & grâce à elle, j'ai passé une magnifique soirée ! :)
Nous avons très bien été accueillies. Notre serveur, Alex, est très sympathique, compétent & attentionné. La nourriture était excellente. Nous recommandons les pâtes aux champignons & truffe. Desserts formidables! Belle ambiance, calme, bonne musique. Nous reviendrons!!
Depuis la rénovation, toilette accessible au rez-de-chaussé, bar plus spacieux & toujours une terrasse bien chaleureuse. Que ce soit pour un 5 à 7 ou un dîner ou un souper. Vous serez très bien accueilli ainsi qu'un service rapide. Que de mieux pour votre soirée entre amis que de passer du temps sur la terrasse chauffée.
Sad to say that this place has gone downhill to the point that I am reviewing this restaurant as I am currently seated at my table. My reservation was for 6:30, the hostess walked us around the whole ground floor of the restaurant before deciding to seat us all the way at the back corner at a high top table despite my request on my reservation to specifically NOT seat us there. I would understand if the restaurant didn't have any other tables available, but there were many tables that were for 4 people but she did not want to seat us there. When I advised that I requested for a dining table & not high top, she responded "oh I didn't even read your request" - maybe you shouldn't say that to your guests. Fast forward to being seated, we waited 26 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone. We stopped one of the other servers in the other section & asked if we had a server & her reply was "oh yes, let me get him." When they finally gave me & my fiancé water, she spilt it all over our table & didn't even apologize or give napkins to clean it despite her staring right at the puddle on the table & walking away. Sadly, my birthday dinner was dampened by the service quality. Also sad to say that this was one of my favourite restaurants when coming to Montreal but it might just be my last visit. Our server checked on us once throughout the time we were there & we had to constantly ask him to refill our water. Mind you, he kept checking in on the other table beside us & when we tried to get his attention, he would walk away. Dont get me started on my drink. I ordered a Sour & the waiter said "it might take a while, our bar tender is new." He should speak for himself because his service was horrible - also, why throw your coworker under the bus like that? When I finally got my drink, it tasted like soapy water as if it was not rinsed properly & when I finally got a hold of my server to change it, he questioned me as to why I thought it tasted like soap... I don't know sir, care to try it? Why would you ask that of your customer. Again, -10/10 for his service.
Petite soirée entre filles,les plats étaient délicieux & généreux! Le serveur était très sympathique & patient!

Delicious pizza & pasta. A must & to-go spot. Very nice seating with beautiful surrounding scenery. I highly recommend the Rose sangria.
