I've gone to plenty of restaurants & this one was by far the one with the worse service. The food was okay, the prices too which i'm glad they aren't extremely overpriced. The waitress on the other hand wasn't very nice. She would just look at us with a nasty look for God knows why. We were a few girls at the table & no one was being rude, i don't know if she was just having a bad day but it definitely showed. At the end some girl had only brought cash & her bill was pretty much what she brought so she didn't tip, then the waitress rolled her eyes at the girl. Then she told us that her salary absolutely depended on the tips we gave her & that she was working for free in case we didn't know. Every girl tipped around 3-6$ because our bills weren't more than 20-30$ & 2 didn't tip because they brought cash & the bill was a little more than they thought. I tipped 18% because that's what i usually do but her service & guilt trip was not it. I'm really disappointed because i came here once & had a good time, but even the busgirl was on her phone on our way out, I said have a good night & she didn't even lift her head up. I don't think the waitress would've done the same to grown adults which i know some of them don't tip no matter how good the service is.
the food was okay, portions a little small but that's all of the restaurants in centropolis. The service was probably one of the worse i've had. The waitress was rolling her eyes at us every time we would ask for water or something on the menu. She was very impatient the whole time we were there & we weren't even difficult with her. At the end one of the people at the table had just brought 35$ flat & her order was 33 or 34$ & naturally, she didn't leave a tip because she didn't bring more money. The waitress then proceeded to tell us how she's working for free & it's not fun to do so. & that we should tip her because her money depends on tips if we didn't know that. Most people were giving 3-5$ tip because their BILL wasn't over 20-30 She was very arrogant the whole time & trying to guilt trip us into giving her tip was really the cherry on top. I don't think she would've done that with older adults if they tipped only 15 or didn't. I don't mind tipping & I did, but honestly with her arrogance & attitude at the end i wouldn't have tipped because the service was not good. Even when we were going out the restaurant, the busgirl was on her phone, didn't even look at us. It's very sad that they have this kind of service while they have such a nice restaurant, definitely not coming back because we did not feel welcome.

Le service était bon, la nourriture était bonne mais rien d'extraordinaire. Parfait pour un 5 à 7 entre amis sans trop d'attentes culinaires. Air climatisé à fond dans le resto, c'était trop frais pour nous.
Monza is one of the few Italian cuisine places I truly enjoy. The food is delicious, the service is great, & the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!
The Air Conditioning could use an upgrade, it was unbearably hot, even the wait staff were sweating We ordered 3 different large pizzas to share , Carnavore , Calabrian, Caspri, crust was too thin, making the pizzas mushy. Carnivore was the best of the 3. Wine list is good & prices for the wines were very reasonable, which is great as some restaurants over charge on wines making the dining out experience too expensive. Appetizers were good, Aracini , Calamari, Fried Zucchini.approx $20-25/ea Price per couple :approx $200 . Overall , a decent restaurant, but Pizza crust needs improvement & AC needs to be fixed , we had to rush our meal & went elsewhere for coffee & dessert. Maybe it was a bad night for the restaurant due to the heat.
Service lamentable. Ne sont pas capables de fournir une table pour 13 personnes cause de règlement de l'établissement !!! Serveuse & serveurs rudes & parlent de façon déplorable, ne recommande pas du tout ☹️☹️
Très agréable comme assise, la musique pourrait être plus douce mais ça n'était pas si dérangeant. Nous avons commandé une salade Hazel qui était très riche généreuse & intéressante en goût, les pommes caramélisées étaient parfaitement intégrées à la salade. Aussi nous avons commandé des linguini au pesto, j'ai trouvé le pesto un peu trop présent & le poulet pas assez, ce n'était pas mauvais mais pas aussi exceptionnel que la pizza "TARTUFO FUNGHI" qui était vraiment exquise. La pâte était croustillante sur les bords & tendre au centre, les champignons étaient goûtus, & le tout était très léger ce qui est etonnant pour une pizza à base de crème. Dans l'ensemble je recommande & pour une personne avec une satiété moyenne c'était plus que suffisant.
Great restaurant for a large get together or for just a romantic dinner for 2. Great atmosphere, service & food selection. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Location is comfortable, nice & clean. Service? Outstanding! Very polite, nice recommendations & taking care of you. Wine suggestion from waitress was quite great; we ordered pizza with mushrooms, rugula & alfredo sauce & it was amazing!!!! Highly recommend it.

There tomato sauce is blah, & frankly, gniocci de Nona should not have that name. Honestly over priced with a poor choice of wine, but that's centropolis in general, not a spot for foodies looking for a good dining experience. Go there for drinks & pizza with your friends, if you want a posh place & loud noise. Service was good & odly enough kid friendly. It's your typical Italian LVL type of place if that's your thing.
Excellente cuisine. C'était très délicieux. Les produits sont frais & de bonne qualité. Le staff est accueillant & professionnel & l'ambiance est belle surtout dans la terrasse.

Nous somme aller pour l'anniversaire de mon mari. La bouffe était très bonne. Notre serveur Joey nous a donné un excellent service, dans le bonne humeur. & il nous très bien conseillé sur le vin. Passé une excellente soirée.
The pizza was good, I had the margaritas. Crust was good. I also had a salad, & the salade was sad, old letuce ,oddly cut tomatoes & cucumbers. Sangria was good .
