J'ai malheureusement eu une très mauvaise expérience dans ce restaurant. Le service offert par notre serveuse, Allison, était très décevant. Elle n'était pas du tout attentive à notre table & prenait énormément de temps avant de venir nous voir. Nous avons dû attendre environ 20 minutes simplement pour avoir des ustensiles, ce qui est inacceptable. De plus, la nourriture est arrivée froide.
Au moment de payer l'addition, j'ai volontairement laissé un pourboire plus faible en raison du mauvais service. Allison s'est alors lancée dans un long discours, expliquant que son salaire dépendait des pourboires & qu'elle ne pouvait pas accepter un montant aussi bas. Cette réaction était très déplacée & peu professionnelle.
Je suis extrêmement déçue de cette expérience, d'autant plus que cette sortie était pour célébrer l'anniversaire de mon amie, qui a été complètement gâché à cause de ce service. Je ne recommande malheureusement pas ce restaurant.
Mon expérience au Monza centropolis ce samedi 3 janvier etait très limite.
Je suis venue avec mon amie manger pour célébrer mon anniversaire. La serveuse, du nom de Alisson, prenait beaucoup de temps à nous servir, prenait du temps à nous donner les plats , nous a pas donné tous les ustensiles pour le dessert, les plats étaient froids & elle n'était jamais aux environs pour venir nous aider. On lui a fait part que c'était mon anniversaire, elle nous a apporté une petite boule de crème glacée alors que la table a côté avait le droit à un gâteau. Son service était très négligé.
Rendu à la fin de notre repas, mon amie a voulu payer, & elle a donné un pourboire de 10$ sur un total de 110$, ce que je trouve très correct pour un service très limite. Elle nous a conclut avec : d'habitude on donne un plus grand pourboire, c'est mon salaire, vous auriez pu me donner plus. Cela est très irrespectueux de sa part. Honnêtement, on était à 2 doigts de lui donner 0$ de pourboire. Cela nous a complètement choqués & ça la gâche la fin de mon repas d'anniversaire. Nous avons contacté le gérant, & le service client pour les mettre au courant de son comportement. J'espère avoir un retour de votre part car j'aime beaucoup ce restaurant mais dommage.

The food was delicious the only complaint I have is the washrooms were not the cleanest & most of the stalls did not lock properly. This is a privacy issue.
Do you like wood-fired pizzas & fresh ingredients? I recommend you Enoteca Monza, it offers a modern take on Italian cuisine. The pizzas are flavorful with a nice, thin crust which is my favorite style & the pasta dishes are also solid.
The ambiance is cozy & stylish, it is a great spot for casual dinners or date nights. Service is friendly & Prices are reasonable for the quality, though it can get busy during peak hours, so reservations might be better.

A very nice & cozy restaurant with amazing decor ❤?❤? The venue is very accommodating to big groups & go out of the way to make the customers comfortable 😇😇 We had a big group gathering & the staff was super kind & gracious & gave some very good food suggestions ❤?❤? Most people in the group had pizza while I had the Bruchetta Rustica followed by Salmon tartare. Each bite was beyond delicious & our full compliments to the chef 🙏🙏 The perfect 10/10 venue to host big group events as the staff takes very good care of you with the best food & service 😇😇
Such a great dinner experience! The food is delicious & came out in lightning speed & Joe our server always makes sure the clients are taking care of. We were quite hungry & had trouble deciding what to order, but Joe, was very knowledgeable on the menu & with his recommendations, it made our decisions easy! Thank you & you will definitely see us again!

Tartare de boeuf était excellent , note basse car service très ordinaire , aucune proposition si nous désirons un drink , nous attentions un couple d'amis, apres le repas le serveur n'est pas revenu une fois afin de savoir si nous désirions autre chose , nous aurions pu très bien partir sans payer quasiment , ça pris un gros 10 minutes après que nous ayons eu le temps de nous lever avant d'avoir la facture , 1 hr après avoir terminé le repas … on dirait que le staff avaient quitté les lieux . Je n'y retournerais pas malheureusement .
Nous avons très apprécié notre souper, la nourriture était bonne, très beau décor.
Notre serveuse Kayla était exceptionnelle, très professionnelle, attentionnée & toujours souriante. Une vraie petite perle! Merci beaucoup Kayla!
We misplaced something during a birthday dinner last night, & Emma went above & beyond to help us. She was so kind, empathetic, & genuinely cared about helping us find it. She even followed up the next day with a call to check in - that's true service & professionalism. Thank you, Emma, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
