The owner Kosta & manager Nico are class acts & their efforts show in the service & feel. Food & drinks are great. Highly recommend.View more
Used to be one of my favourite restaurants, but I don't think I'll be back. Came in at 7 in a Friday, & asked to be seated in a booth, but was told By the host/manager that the booths in the front were reserved, & that the other booths were being held for groups of five or more. Since we were 2, we couldn't sit there. Two hours later, nobody ever ended up sitting in any of those booths. Ordered the arancini; on the menu it says prosciutto inside. They've changed it to food service junk. Rice balls were hard on the outside, steaming hot from a microwave but still cold on the inside, with some sort of liquid cheese, & chunks of basic ham, not cured prosciutto. Ordered an old-fashioned, got a glass of whiskey with ice & water in it; no Bitters, no simple syrup, & no orange...Just a lemon on the rim - If you don't know what it is Google it! Or ask the customer! & if you don't have simple syrup, then just say you can't make the drink, I'll order something else. Pizza was OK, nothing bad to say about that. Was asked if we wanted bread & butter, got these two pathetic ciabatta buns in a metal bowl, with no lining in it. Junk dinner for two, for 130 bucks plus tip. Your restaurant was half empty on a Friday night - if not for two large groups, it would've been a Ghost Town; if you're asking yourself why...Read this review againView more
Great family restaurant! The ambiance is warm & friendly & the service is great. Many options to choose from, they're sensitive to allergies, just an overall awesome place to go with your kids.. or to the bar for a drink & great music! Thank you Monza DDO!View more
Good service. Great drinks. Gnocchi was fabulous! We will be back.View more
My pizza was good & was just the right size. However the cocktail i had was awful. Tasted like straight lemon juice, no balance or anything. Lastly, our waitress was all over the place & we found ourselves waiting for long periods to order food/drinks. I would go back here for takeout pizzas for sure.View more
Was served by Rosalie who was simply amazing, kind & attentive, I enjoyed my meal & was properly catered to; the team was great, they work together to make it happen, I will definitely be coming back, the manager Nico, was professional & made his presence known to ensure we were being taken care of ! Nice place for a date or event, the terrace is open & the drinks are great- family atmosphere which I really appreciated- Good job Rosalie & team :) see you soon.View more
Another average chain. Food was not the best, their dessert however was great. Drinks were good too. Gets crowded often.View more
Really nice restaurant with a beautiful bar, but the food is overpriced & very not worth it. Our waiter spent more time on his phone behind the bar than anything else. I'd recommend it for drinks & maybe some appetizers.View more
Went here for a company xmas department dinner. Lot of appetizer choices Wood fired thin crust pizzas (didn't look that exciting) Pastas (both individuals & family size servings if you want to share). I brought home half my individual pasta is was too big to eat chicken, & I think 1-2 steak & salmon choices (mostly pizza/pasta) Overall very nice place, good service, not too loud, only a few TVs on the walls. Average I would guess is $40-60pp depending on drinks & appetizersView more
We usually love Monza!
But the food wasn't the same.
Something is definitely different & it's not as good as it used to be.
The family size ceasar salad was barely enough for 2.
There used to be bread brought to the table, not anymore.
Also, the menu is very difficult to read. The font is very small & very pale.
The waitress was nice but never came to see if we needed more drinks.
It was almost not busy at all as it was 4pm on a Monday.
Like I said, we have been coming to Monza for years, but it wasn't up to its usual standards.
I was there last night with my family including two young babies. The food & drink where very good but what really impressed me the most was the service. I wish I remembered our server's name she was just wonderful from the moment we came in & until we left! Thank you!
The restaurant called to verify my reservation which is great because I had to had a person. Quick seating when we arrived. Our waiter Chris was very nice, attentive & always smiled. He even made sure we ordered before a big group. Food & service was very good as well as the drinks (Sicilian margarita 👍).
Very good ambience , great food , good drinks , the manger was very nice . She was very welcoming . Thank you !
Food was very tasty. Their pizza & past dishes are exquisite, but their meat dishes fall a bit short for price & expectations. As for the service, we were their on a busy Friday evening, & it took us 10 minutes to get water & drinks after we were greeted at the table, which dampened the mood a bit. We were half way through our appetizer before the drinks appeared.
Three stars only based on service & where we were seated. The food was great, the service upon arriving was exceptionally slow, we waited almost 10 minutes for a server to come by & ask for drinks. They seem
To seat families together in one section. Unfortunately for us it was near another family who was having a rough night with their kids...
We had reservations for 630pm. We were only seated at 710pm. We got free drinks to compensate for the mishap
The waitresses are hot...it has the feel of a downtown hot spot in the West Island...Drinks are kind of expensive as it the food.
The food is quite good though...It is very hard to find a good restaurant in the West Island. If you are trying to impress a date this is the place...& you will not go wrong with the food.
Your wallet might feel a little light after you leave.
Did I say the waitresses are hot?
