I loved my experience visiting monza last weekend . The staff was amazing & very helpful to our whole party. The food was delicious as always. However, it did get a bit nosy at one point throughout the night.
Visited this restaurant back in December of 2023. I was disappointed at the the service here.
It was a birthday of a former friend It was Saturday & super busy. My former friend made a reservation for a group 10 people much or less.
It was packed & beyond packed! every corner was full. When I came in 8:20PM, the table was supposed to be ready for 8:30PM.
The lady said the table was not ready.
So We waited & after 9:30PM we finally got a table.
I could not stay any longer. I had work the the following day early in the morning but we waited 1 hour for our table which the previous guests stayed for 3 WHOLE HOURS.
What a shame that the customers stayed that long. THEY should learn that it's not a place for chatting & people need to eat.
The management should have done an ACTION or acted IMMEDIATELY because 3 HOURS is just plain wrong.
It's both the customers & management at play here.
Would have love to try the food here but did not get the chance. Unfortunately. Once so visit this place & hopefully get a table I will give it a proper rating.
So hopefully I will give it a try but for now I'm indifferent on service & how the restaurant is being run.
I do hope they make changes & make it better in the present & future.

We recently held an event here & we had a great experience. Management was welcoming, accommodating & easy to work with. Quick response time & they can handle large groups. The servers were also hard-working & kind.
The food is good & the place is clean. This is our second time here for an event & both times were great. Highly recommend!
As my followers know, I like trying new restaurants. Pizza is one of my favorites, & it's difficult to find a really good pizza restaurant in Montreal.
This is a good one. With a table d'Hote for lunch that won't break the bank.
With a choice of salad, cream of broccoli soup, or an arancini, I had the chefs choice pizza.
I opted for the soup, delicious, & the pizza was goat cheese, sausage, mushrooms, & grilled peppers. The dough was crispy on the underside, not soggy. Both the tomato sauce & dough tasted like a bit of sugar/honey was added to bring to a new higher level than most pizzarias.
A definite must try.
I've had many reservations here at Enoteca Monza DDO & I must admit they have excellent service, the food was outstanding, & the ambiance was top tier. If you are looking for a place to dine out in the west island, this is THE place to go to. The separate bar area adds an extravagant vibe & feels very cozy. The chicken panuzzo is a must try, if you are looking for a meal other than pasta or pizza!!!
Monza catered for Kingsdale Academy's Staff Appreciation Week, & we couldn't have been happier! The food was absolutely delicious & kept warm for hours, ensuring every staff member had a great meal. Their team was a dream to work with-professional, accommodating, & truly dedicated to providing an exceptional catering experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Monza for any event & look forward to working with them again!
