We will never return here. The positive reviews, I believe, were written by close friends. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. I'll start with the atmosphere & service. It's noisy, the furniture outside looks unkempt, & the tables are propped up with cardboard. The waiters are fussy & forget to bring drinks. The atmosphere isn't that of a restaurant. A child spilled water on the table, & no one cleaned it up, so the puddle remained until the end. When the waitress wanted to clear the dishes, the child was still munching on his pizza. She then asked him to hand her a plate (he's 9 years old!). This kind of service is unacceptable. The waitresses smiled, but they weren't pleasant or attentive.
Now the food. The pasta was delicious, with a delicate sauce. Not a single complaint! But the salad was so oversalted that I barely finished it. The grilled chicken was also oversalted. Why? Two types of pizza, & both had dry, overcooked dough. There was very little cheese. One pizza was an odd shape-either round or square.
To sum it up, it's fine to just grab a bite if you're hungry. But if atmosphere, atmosphere, & quality of food are your priority, this isn't the place.
