Une très belle découverte. Le chef marie avec finesse les traditions françaises & les inspirations asiatiques pour créer une cuisine pleine d'équilibre & de caractère. La cuisine ouverte permet d'admirer la préparation des plats, ajoutant une touche de magie à l'expérience. Mention spéciale aux cocktails, élaborés avec beaucoup de créativité, & à la serveuse dont les recommandations, toujours justes, ont sublimé notre soirée. Petit endroit charmant avec une belle ambiance & un service impeccable. Chez Éléonore, on parle de cuisine française avec quelques influence asiatique. L'onglet de boeuf était incroyable au goût avec belle présentation. Les poireaux vinaigrette était unique au goût, mais manquait un peu de cuisson, elles étaient un peu coriace/fibreuse en bouche. Nous avons accompagné les onglets avec les champignons qui, à mon goût était bonne, mais manquait d'originalité ou bien d'un'oomf' de plus pour les rendre unique. On suggère 2-3 assiette par personne pour un repas complet. Les verres de vin suggéré par notre serveuse était parfait & mariait le tout bien.
