I rarely leave reviews, but this was the worst dining experience I've had in Montreal. It took 40+ minutes & two servers just to place our order. The waiter gave us'on the house' lemon shots we didn't ask for (nice gesture), but then charged us for them…? We had to ask for the bill to be corrected.
After finally getting our food (which was good), the waiter offered to pack the remaining 1/4 of my pizza to go. Many minutes later after he didn't bring it, I asked about it, & he just says'sorry I think someone threw it out'. No real apology, just'Do you want a free dessert?' I said no, & he replied,'Okay, well have a good night.' Then I proceeded to pay for a whole meal, even though they threw out a quarter of my meal.
It may have been an off night, & it happens to everyone, but the lack of accountability or even a proper apology on any occasion was unacceptable.View more

Really good food, & fast friendly service. I wouldn't say it's the best pizza I've ever had & it was a bit on the pricey side, but it was fresh & tasty. They had a large wine list, but the wine selection for individual glasses was not my favourite.View more

Heard lots of good things about this place from many different people. Food was good, but the service wasn't up to standard. Ordered 2 apps, a salad, a pasta & a pizza to be shared between 2 people. The apps came normally but the pasta then came super late, 10 minutes later the salad came, & by the time we were full from eating everything after waiting for so long, the pizza then came. No word from the servers.View more

We were a group if 6 & ordered a variety of pasta, pizza & appetizers. Everything was great! We loved the service. One of us broke the water glass on the table & they responded instantaneously. They also replaced all the food on the table without any extra charge. Loved the service overall.View more

They make excellent Neapolitan pizza. Hard to find one as good as this in Montreal. The ambiance is perfect, very classy place. Good pizza selection. Service was great, waiters very attentive.View more

Pizzas were excellent. Apps were good. Pasta was good except for that red wine & butter concoction. Prompt service. Great staff. Ugly looking place. Looks like a big room in a house but the food is what counts.View more

The Diavolo 2.0 pizza was incredible! Spicy, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. We enjoyed it on the backyard patio, which gave the whole experience a cozy, picnic-like vibe.View more

Elena is incredible! We had no reseveration & it was quite busy but they explained that they have a takeout section & picnic tables in the back so that's what we did. We got the Kevin McAllister & the Fun Guy pizzas, as well as the kale cesar salad & some wine. Everything was incredible! I would highly recommend the Fun Guy pizza it was delicious. Really loved the outdoor picnic area, a great idea for a busy area. Will for sure go back!View more

Cela dit, notre serveuse aurait pu être plus attentionnée ; nous avons dû insister pour avoir nos boissons, même après avoir terminé notre entrée, demander à deux reprises pour payer nos additions & si je n'avais pas demandé pour mon restant de pizza pour emporter, je ne pense pas qu'elle me l'aurait apporté.
Bref, je suis contente d'avoir visité le Elena, mais je n'y retournerai pas.View more

We travel often & the food was some of the best Italian we have had! We have a mix of appetizers, pasta & pizza & it was all delicious. The restaurant is a bit loud but we were there at a peak time so it was very full. Staff was great with wine recommendations as well. Would go again!View more

My first time here by recommendation of a coworker. Elena has an incredible menu. The food was excellent, we followed the advice of our waitress & ordered an entry of strachiatella carrots, then Kale Ceasar's salad, Danny Pizza. We got a great service despite the place was packed on a long weekend Friday night. Very nice & chic atmosphere.View more

La pizza saucisse & scarole est très bonne & équilibrée. Je l'ai préféré aux autres que j'ai goûté, je l'ai trouvé plus subtile. Les classiques sont évidemment très bonnes aussi.

Elena delivers decent food but falls short of being memorable. Out of three pastas, none stood out, the spaghetti ubriaco didn't quite hit the mark & felt like a less successful version of spaghetti all'assassina, & the genovese was overpowered by spice. The pizzas & entrées were solid but unremarkable. The wine list, based on private imports without cépage details, felt overpriced for the gamble. Desserts were fine but uninspired.
Tara & Elora's excellent service was the highlight of the night & made the visit worthwhile.View more

L'expérience a été globalement agréable & satisfaisante. Le service est très amical & souriant. Il faut néanmoins savoir que le service est fourni par les clients eux-mêmes l'ambiance & aussi appréciable avec la terrasse ensoleillée qui vous protège du vent. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, nous avons essayé un sandwich du jour qui était vraiment très bon Mais nous restons Malgrétout déçu par les pizzas, elles sont plutôt petites & le fond de la pâte est détrempé par la sauce.View more
