If I could give more stars to this place, I would. I always have a blast when I come here, drinks are amazing, as well as the bartenders!! Honorific mention to William.
First time in Montreal & I cannot recommend going anywhere else for a cozy, intimate & great atmosphere. Wil & Milee contributed to this. They both took care of us, & were delightfully inviting, attentive & friendly. Their hospitality alone makes us want to come back & spend the entire night at the bar. These two truly were the great environment that El Pequeno offers.

Petit bar qui mérite assurément qu'on y arrête! Petit frère du Coldroom, on y sert des breuvages d'une grande qualité. Merci à Olivier pour le bon moment, assurement le clou de nôtre soirée :)
Oh my god. What a fantastic experience at El pequeno!!! Will took incredible care of us & explained multiple rums to us. Cocktails were excellent, what a talented bartender. I can not wait to be back

A very tiny bar, with one sitting table in the middle. I would say max 8 people can go in, & I assume in the summer more with the terrace. The service was amiable. We had two cocktails one margarita & one specialty cocktail of the season. Both were beautifully presented & both were delicious,
We went in to warm up on a cold February night & for being such a small bar (the smallest in all Canada!), the atmosphere was impeccable. The lighting, the music & the drinks were 😍😍😍. We had the old cubano for drinks. WOW! Well done el pequeno!!
This review is far too late, but we were here last September. Gaspard is seriously the best bartender I've ever met. If Gaspard is still at El Pequeño, he deserves a big raise!
Drinks at the bar are really good! Super overpriced though! Staff is ok, considering the prices at this bar, I was expecting a lot more! If you are going with a group of 7 or biggest, they don’t split the bill! Be aware of it!
