Its hard not to have a great experience here. Naturally as Canada's smallest bar the atmosphere will be more intimate but the hospitality & drinks is what sets it apart. Can't recommend it enough. It's natural charm far surpasses it's novelty.

Easily one of the best bars & bartenders I've been to around the world, Jackson was not only one of the best & most creative bartenders but an amazing person. I will be coming back to Montreal again just to come back here

This is my favorite bar in Montreal. Cold room downstairs is a close second. For one reason…. Jackson. Jackson is the best bartender I have ever encountered. He is the driver of the vibes & the pourer of magic. If I walk in & see Jackson the money joyfully flies from my wallet. This is a must visit.

Super découverte , le service de Tristan étais au top, il a adaptait les cocktails selon mes goût. J'ai eu l'occasion de faire quelques bar à cocktails à Montréal & leElpequino est de loin le meilleur que ça soit par l'ambiance , le service & les cocktails !

Outstanding little bar. The bartenders are known for coming up with innovative cocktails on-the-spot --- they can even just look at you & guess what you would like without any input needed.
