J'ai invité 16 personnes de différents pays arabes afin de leur faire découvrir la cuisine tunisienne & de participer à la soirée karaoké animée par Monaem. L'ambiance était tout simplement magnifique, les plats délicieux & généreux.
Tout le monde était ravi au point de me demander de rendre cette activité hebdomadaire !

J'ai commandé hier une crêpe Nutella & noix dans la section cacao 70 %, & j'ai été déçue comparativement à celle que j'avais dégustée lors du Ramadan passé.
J'ai l'impression que la qualité des noix a changé : elles semblent maintenant mélangées avec du sucre, ce qui rend la crêpe encore plus sucrée, alors qu'elle l'est déjà suffisamment. L'an dernier, les noix atténuaient le goût sucré & apportaient un bel équilibre des saveurs.
De plus, la texture actuelle des noix donne l'impression de croquer dans du sucre, ce qui enlève au plaisir de dégustation.
Je vous suggère fortement de revenir à votre ancienne recette de crêpe aux noix, qui était, selon moi, bien meilleure & beaucoup plus équilibrée.
Came for the food, stayed for the karaoke. The one plate of Ojja I ordered was delicious, but it was also enough to feed a whole family. Portions are HUGE.
