Nous avions une réservation pour le samedi a midi, mais à notre arrivée, le menu proposé ne correspondait pas à ce à quoi nous nous attendions, surtout parce que nous souhaitions commander certains plats que nous avions déjà appréciés lors de visites précédentes. Nous avons donc mentionné que nous envisagions de partir.
À ce moment-là, le gérant s'est approché de nous & nous a très gentiment proposé de nous préparer le menu du soir, malgré l'heure du midi. Ce geste a fait toute la différence.
Nous avons été entièrement satisfaits, tant par le service attentionné que par la qualité des plats. Une excellente expérience client, axée sur l'écoute & la satisfaction. Merci à toute l'équipe de El Gordo !

Cuisine : repas très bon!
Service : un peu long... Mais très gentil!
Ambiance : très calme, il était midi quand même. Musique d'ambiance!
