Very disappointed with the customer service. We waited a really long time just to be able to place our order, & when the food finally arrived, items were missing from 3 out of 4 plates. When we asked the manager about it, we were told they'don't do that,' even though those items were clearly listed on the menu.
On top of that, the portions were much smaller than what is shown on TikTok & social media, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience did not match the hype at all. I wouldn't recommend this place based on our visit.
The service & the owner were excellent, & the food was delicious. Even during a very busy brunch hour, the service was fast & well organized.
Some of the negative reviews seem to judge the restaurant solely because the owner speaks English rather than French. That has nothing to do with the quality of the food or service. Our experience was friendly, professional, & welcoming, & we would happily return.
The restaurant was full an busy & I ordered a lot of things & food & the the food came just at the right time & I was surprised that it came that fast tho it was so busy & about the food is very good I'd eat it everyday as a breakfast & I appreciate the service they are so nice & I give it 5 stars
Nous avons attendu 1h30 avant d'être servis, pour finalement recevoir des plats froids.
Il y avait un poil dans le chocolat chaud de mon amie, ainsi qu'un poil dans l'assiette de mon autre amie, qui a immédiatement arrêté de manger en le voyant.
De mon côté, ma commande était incorrecte & servie froide. Une autre amie a également reçu la mauvaise commande ; lorsqu'elle a demandé une correction, le serveur a insisté pour dire que c'était la bonne, avant qu'un autre membre du personnel ne prenne finalement le relais.
Le service était très inégal : certains serveurs semblaient dépassés, d'autres nonchalants. Mauvaise gestion du personnel & de la cuisine, clairement.
De plus, les serveurs ne parlaient pas français, seulement anglais, ce qui a causé de nombreuses incompréhensions.
Enfin, il a fallu plus de 30 minutes pour obtenir l'addition. Finalement nous n'avons payé que nos boissons… Merci au manager qui a été à l'écoute
C'est franchement dommage car ce restaurant a beaucoup de potentiel, leur entrée houmous boeuf était excellente. & leur restau à Toronto est super
Au vu de l'attente, des erreurs, du manque d'hygiène & du service, l'expérience est inacceptable. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
Plus d'une heure d'attente quand on nous dis initialement qu'il y aura 30-35min d'attente après notre commande. Tout ca pour recevoir un plat non conforme au menu. J'ai pris le poulet frit nashville qui n'était pas très bon dû à la sauce orange. Le service laisse à désirer, les serveurs incapables de nous dire où en est notre commande.
Ils nous ont tout de même offert les plats pour s'excuser.
Nous avons attendu 1h20 & n'avons jamais reçu notre plat. Nous avons dû partir. À notre départ, ils ne pouvaient toujours pas nous dire quand nous allions le recevoir.
Nos serveuses ont été ben correct, visiblement stressées & désemparées. Une d'entre elles nous a aidé à avoir nos cafés filtre gratuit en compensation.
La plupart des serveurs nous ont parlé en anglais sans nous demander quelle langue on parlait. Même chose pour le gérant, qui s'est excusé & nous à demandé de revenir, en anglais.
