C'est toujours bon & agréable d'aller déjeuner à cet endroit. Le personnel est sympathique & donne un bon service. La nourriture est excellente. C'est l'endroit où je vais déjeuner le plus régulièrement la fin de semaine.

We had brunch here with my MiL as it's her favorite. However today our server was bad mannered: she (Sandra or something; her face is on the wall going into the place) only came to our table to take the order, offer 1 coffee refill & was very quick to bring the card machine to get rid of us. Her much friendlier colleagues came to check on us with refill offerings more than twice throughout the meal but not her. So, as MiL wanted to treat us today, she paid with her card & offered to pay Ms S her tip in cash. Then the drama started: Ms S whips out her money clip with a stack of cash to break a $10 for my MiL. MiL then offers her a $5 & asks her if it's enough (mind you, this woman already sized us all up as MiL was just dressed in a plain tee, shorts & sandals) Ms S literally laid her money clip in front of us on the table, laid out the receipt in front of MiL & said loudly to her,'Not enough, based on this, it should be more.' Thus meaning Ms S wanted us to give her a 15% tip for her lousy service. Mil then rummaged through her bag to give her a bunch of change & told her to take them instead. I'm pretty sure the company doesn't teach servers to force customers for tips when the service is poor. My MiL is a retired nurse & she's seen all kinds of people in her 82 years, this Ms S has barely seen the world & her behavior was truly disgusting.
For what she did today, we'd rather tip her colleagues & the folks who prepared the meal. The food was great but I cannot offer 5 stars if the company hires money-minded servers like this one.

Pour déjeuner ou dîner ,meilleur plats ! Nouvelle atmosphère ,Service attentionné.On ressent que le staff aime leurs travail, ils sont aimables, souriant & souçiant de votre expérience.La patronne Anick nous accueillent chaleureusement toujours. En plus le restaurant ….se transforme pour le souper avec un autre menu & ambiance ou l'on peut apportez notre vin. C'était délicieux…cieux !

Wasn't terrible, but I've had better. Had to hunt for something resembling a breakfast poutine & making changes due to food allergies was a veritable nightmare. I don't remember it being this difficult before.
