Le service pitoyable.
La serveuse un peu âgé qui oublie tout ? L'assiette peu chaude & les pain froid & pas cuit ? Tout sa pour dire que tu paye pour pas grand chose .
Sans compté que tu t'assoi & tout est collant avec la malpropreté du client qui était assie la avant toi .
C'était bien meilleur avant , maintenant , sérieux,

Je n'ai rien mangé & j'ai payé 20$ pour ce grilled cheese supposément de luxe avec un tranche de viande à fondue. On m'a dit qu'on allait faire le commentaire mais on m'a quand même chargé le prix total.

Le déjeuner était correct & l'ambiance agréable, mais je tiens à signaler une pratique qui laisse un goût amer. J'ai commandé un repas identique au spécial lève-tôt, sauf que, ne l'ayant pas précisé, on m'a automatiquement facturé le plein prix sans me l'indiquer, & sans inclure les fèves au lard pourtant comprises dans le spécial.

Lorsque j'ai posé la question, la serveuse m'a répondu sèchement que je devais'le mentionner sinon c'est le plein prix'. Dans d'autres chaînes, on m'a toujours appliqué le spécial lorsqu'il correspondait exactement à ce que je commandais. Ici, c'est le contraire : si le client ne devine pas la procédure interne, il paie plus cher.

Ce n'est pas une question de quelques dollars, mais de transparence & de respect du client. Un simple'Voulez-vous le spécial lève-tôt?' aurait suffi. En l'état, on a l'impression qu'on privilégie le profit avant le service.
