About

Eggsquis serves an extensive menu centered on classic egg preparations, including diverse omelets, thick-cut French toast, and golden waffles topped with fresh fruit. Guests select from numerous Benedict combinations featuring perfectly poached eggs atop English muffins with signature hollandaise sauce. The establishment maintains a bright, open seating arrangement conducive to group dining and casual social gatherings. Quality ingredients drive the kitchen, ensuring that pancakes and crepes arrive fluffy while savory potatoes provide a crisp, seasoned accompaniment to every platter. Signature fruit bowls add a refreshing balance to the heavier, protein-forward dishes served across all tables. This venue prioritizes efficient service and a consistent culinary output that highlights traditional morning staples prepared with precise technique and attention to detail. Every plate emphasizes generous portions paired with high-quality coffee and chilled juices.

Review Summary

Eggsquis generally receives positive feedback for its efficient and friendly service, with many patrons appreciating the fast pace and welcoming atmosphere during their visits. While the breakfast and lunch offerings are often described as solid, traditional, and satisfying, experiences regarding food quality can vary, with some guests finding the meals ordinary or noting concerns about consistency. Although most customers enjoy the dining environment, some have pointed out specific issues such as limited accessible parking, inconsistent air conditioning during heatwaves, and a lack of transparency regarding promotional pricing. Overall, the establishment remains a popular destination for regulars who value the professional staff and dependable dining options.

Visiting from Toronto. I was craving some crepes. Ordered the banana strawberry crepe. It comes in a huge size good enough for 2 to share. But the crepe was kind of dry & had too many popped bubbles. I make crepes at home & mine are moist & not a single bubble in them.
