It's a nice & beautiful summer sunny day me my wife & son decided to go breakfast at the greenfield park location
But what a worst welcome from Louise woman in her sixties who we at the front . That was the worst & offensive from her to rudely told me to get out because I was having my last sip of Tim Hortons coffee while waiting for a table
She didn't even greet us but in front of the crowd makes me feel ridiculous & stupid
Louise have to review her customer service training & probably work in front of the oven rather than in the front entrance.
Worst customer service from Louise second lack of diplomacy from her she even asked us to bring the menu rather than she getting it at our table.
I do not recommend this place to anyone if Louise is around or asked to be served by someone else who really deserves the tips.

vegetable are frozen..you can taste it.. no holiday sauce casserole extreme.. watery.. Coffee is good toast okay also.. but it's for sure I won't come back & I don't recommend it unless you have no taste buds

We went for breakfast here. Food was fresh & service was amazing. Our coffee mug was not empty ant any time.

First of all , the service is excellent.This incl. accessibility, as one in our group is mobility-reduced. Sad to say, then multiple other places in the proximity still,decades into the 3rd Millennium, do get away with indirect discrimination against such group, by i.e. not having an inexpensive wooden wheelchair-accesible ramp. Staff professionally helpful, so the service is indeed deserved. - but we believe it is not specifically the service one goes to a breakfast place to get,& Eggsquis is a sorry excuse rel. to that overwhelming important breakfast joy. The plate arrives lukewarm at best, the eggs were cold just after the short time it took to butter the toasts;furthermore, the butter didn't melt because the toast were already cold.
The all-important coffee was so bad, that one in our group put the cup away & ordered an espresso instead. Too bad,as this''better coffee'' tasted like a concentrated version of the sorry ''Excuse'' for any coffee to start with, 🙄 When asked for their brand, the waitress said it was exclusive to the restaurant & is not sold in anywhere else. Though the bill was exorbitant, we left relieved - No chance to buy it by mistake.😁
