We had a nice dinner at East Pan Asiatique in February 2026. Felix was our server & he was very attentive. There were a variety of Asian options (Thai, Chinese, Japanese, etc) on the menu, & the food was good. Our meals were well presented, well seasoned, & properly cooked. I believe elevated Asian best describes the style here, though it is definitely not fine dining by any stretch.

amazinggg asian food. The atmosphere & music was so nice & people seemed to be enjoying themselves. The service provided by Sacha & Gabriel was sooooooo good love them both!!! would definitely come again

Omg it was one of the best asian ever. Chicken Ginger dumplings are a must, its sauce is incredible. Thanks to Justin who gave us the perfect recommendations for this dinner.

We stayed at Renaissance & thought we should just book an easy dinner on-site. Then this Asian fusion restaurant just blew our mind. As Asian, we can say all the dishes were authentic & beyond our expectation.

Don't bother without a reservation, they will seat you like an inconvenience. Took my mother there in light of MTL à Table on a Tuesday night around 18:30, we were given the "table" right by the entrance screen that only had one sad run-down chair before the waiter who saw us went to get another from a busy table, after clumsily trying to cobble the two tables pictured together as if it would make for a proper set. There were 2 vacant two seat tables by the window panes before the bar, but allegedly they will be occupied within the hour & he "didn't want to inconvenience us moving us mid-meal". It took my asking for the waiter to inform us of this & move us to the bar seats that had much better lighting & atmosphere, which also had more than enough space to accommodate us when we first arrived. Those empty tables I saw when we first stepped in remained vacant through most of our stay there, only by the time we were finishing our desserts a bit before 8 did I finally see them both occupied. Food was okay, my mother seemed to have liked it enough. We had to ask for water refill three times, at least it was easy to do so by the bar. I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if we stayed swept away forgotten in the corner right behind the entrance screen. Overpriced fare was expected especially as I'm aware MTL à Table is also a tourist event, but after this experience & knowing the large amount of Asian options in Downtown Montreal as a local, I can easily live without ever coming back again outside of this event.

It's an Asian fusion restaurant. The good was well presented but I found the taste similar to normal food court experience. The cocktail was amazing. Service was superb.

I went in expecting an overpriced Eurocentric take on Asian cuisine & it felt slightly short of my expectations. Atmosphere was very nice, but décor was all over the place in terms of culture & service was a little slow even though the restaurant was near-empty.

I got the braised pork bao, it was flavourful with sharp mustard greens cutting through the fatty pork belly, but the skin was a bit tough.
Peking duck was interesting; thick-cut duck with standard Peking accoutrements over a bed of salad with a side of rice. I wasn't a fan of the sauce, it was cloying, the crepes were tough & chewy. The duck was cooked well & had a slight game flavour. I don't believe the salad was Asian-inspired, but it was enjoyable.
The pad Thai was okay-tasting, but it had undertones that made it disgusting. The nest of raw bean sprouts on top lacked thought, it was not like the residual heat from the pad Thai would cook it. There's more fried tofu than chicken in the chicken pad Thai, & though I don't mind exorbitant prices, I do mind when restaurants stiff me on ingredients. Peanuts were gentle & fragrant.
