Dynastie delivers a robust exploration of Szechuan culinary traditions through a meticulously curated menu of high-heat stir-fries and aromatic spice-forward preparations. The kitchen emphasizes the complex interplay of peppercorns and dried chiles, resulting in dishes defined by their characteristic numbing heat and depth of flavor. Diners encounter a selection of authentic preparations featuring proteins prepared with traditional wok techniques that preserve textural integrity and sear. The environment functions as a focused space dedicated to the delivery of intense flavor profiles typical of Southwestern Chinese gastronomy. Every plate demonstrates a commitment to bold seasonings and the precise application of essential aromatics. This establishment provides a direct, no-nonsense approach to classic regional cooking for those seeking uncompromising authenticity in every bite.
Dynastie offers a widely appreciated selection of Chinese cuisine that stands out for its generous portions, authentic flavors, and late-night availability. While many patrons praise the restaurant for its efficient service, cleanliness, and tasty dishes like salt and pepper tofu and shrimp dumplings, experiences remain inconsistent regarding staff interaction and order accuracy. Some diners report exceptional hospitality and high-quality meals, whereas others describe the service as occasionally cold or aggressive, particularly concerning tipping, and note that certain menu items can be overly oily or improperly prepared. Overall, it serves as a convenient destination for those seeking reliable late-night dining, though experiences with service and consistency may vary from visit to visit.
Very bad experience here at 2 am in the morning 15th march 2026, we arrived the the restaurant & we ask one of the lady employee what time they close she's said they gonna close at 2:30 am in the morning, we have a very short time to eat so we went outside to discuss with my group friends around 5 mins we go back inside the restaurant & we ask this old man to make the order for take out & I'm asking to have a seat & waiting for the food & drink tea you know what he said ? He just through the order menu to the table & screaming at me & he said just order first!!! How can he tread the costumer like this we're craving for the food at the night time & we go there very often in the map said close at 3am but today we got this, I feel very disappointed with this I swear not gonna go there & see that guy again!!
Edit: it's been over a year since my review & I find them very inconsistent. I don't remember a take-out order that didn't have a mistake. On all different occasions: We order a beef stew, & got a broccoli beef saute… we order a steam chicken, & got roasted chicken… we order rice noodles, & get choy mien…
ALWAYS OPEN YOUR BAG before leaving. After the first couple times, I realized that if I didn't open the bag every single time, I would be hellah disappointed & annoyed. Might just stop ordering cause the food's not a showstopper.

Had friends from Ottawa come visit & brought them here. Everything was delicious. Lobster, salt & pepper shrimp & squid, fried fish with soy sauce, snow pea leaves were tasty & satisfying!! Eggplant with Japanese tofu was the best cause the eggplant was fresh & tender! The General Tao chicken was overcooked & a bit hard though. & the crisped chicken with the puffed chips was also quite dry. Overall, very pleasant experience!! Would recommend ordering fish, pork, beef; just not so convinced about the chicken options unless it's the typical steamed chicken with ginger shallots because it's more juicy.
We dined as a group of three & unfortunately experienced the worst customer service I've ever encountered. From the moment we walked in, we were met with attitude. We were not offered water, & despite clearly informing the staff that one of our friends has a life-threatening onion allergy, this was completely ignored.
Our calamari was served with raw onions, forcing us to send it back, & we were met with more attitude instead of concern or an apology. When we asked for ketchup, the staff laughed at us. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was seeing another table-who appeared to share a similar background-being treated significantly better.
The most unacceptable moment came when we went to pay. We chose not to leave a tip due to the service, & the staff member literally screamed at us. This was completely unprofessional & inappropriate.
Between the lack of basic hospitality, disregard for a serious allergy, & aggressive behavior, this was an awful experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
