The service at this restaurant was truly awful from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, a hostess shouted across the entire restaurant to ask how many people were in our party - rude from the very first moment. She also didn't bring enough menus, & when I asked for more, she responded rudely & clearly annoyed.

Most of the alcohol menu wasn't even available because they were out of stock. The waiter who took our order barely spoke English, which made ordering difficult, & another server worked the entire time in a medical mask - we genuinely suspected he was sick while serving food to customers.

We ordered a combo meal, & they completely forgot to bring the soup. We reminded them near the end of our meal, & instead of soup, they brought us salted water. At one point, a staff member came by with a bussing cart & started clearing food off our table while we were still sitting right there, eating.

After we finished, we waited about 20 minutes just to get the check, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The entire time we were there, no one checked on us, cleared our dirty plates, or asked if we wanted anything else.

Given the terrible service, we decided not to leave a tip - & the male manager made a scene in front of the whole restaurant, scolding us loudly for not tipping. Extremely unprofessional & disrespectful.

We will never be coming back.

Very disappointing experience at Dynastie Restaurant. The service was poor, & the woman server with the bob haircut & bangs was rude & seemed annoyed the entire time.
We ordered an extra-large wonton soup that was supposed to be enough for eight people, but we were served what looked like a regular portion.

When we pointed it out, we were charged again instead of having the mistake corrected.

The food portions were small, & the quality was very average. Everyone at our table was disappointed with both the food & the service. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended. I won't be coming back.

The service was not really present. Everytime we needed something, we had to go find them. Even when we entered the restaurant, no one came to greet us at the door & after waiting for a while, we had to walk to the counter for them to guide us to a table afterward. The food itself was pretty decent. The flavours were good but I do feel like the portions are quite small, especially for the appetizers. The soup & the dumplings were around 10$ each & the portion was too small for the price. The rice was much more reasonable but it was mostly just rice, barely any toppings.

C'était une recommandation d'un ami Chinois d'y aller. On s'est solidement régalé.

Soupe congee & dumpling aux crevettes pour entrées, boeuf brocoli & poulet épicé comme plats principaux. Tout était bon, mais le poulet était juste parfait; croustillant, savoureux, oumami! & avec une bonne dose de piment sichuanais.

Ce resto est un favori instantané pour ma copine & moi!

it's open till late, super late. food was okay. the cuttlefish fry was great. wonton soup was great too. beef & coriander soup was below average. hargaw was eh okay-ish.

service was good. fast & reliable. they also recommended the popular items.

you can try if you are looking for a late night food destination after a bar crawl :)

Je commande régulièrement de la bouffe du Dynastie via Ubereat. Jamais été déçue. Gros coup de coeur pour les dumplings de crevettes frits & la soupe asperge/crabe. Les prix sont décents. 😋 Seul resto chinois ouvert jusqu'à 3am à Montréal ! 🫡Parfait pour des fringales de fin de soirée ou après un concert. 👌🏼
