Last time i come here. I used to come here once a month but they changed the cook & now everything taste like Indian food. Curry everywhere & way too many salt & oily
The service at this restaurant was truly awful from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, a hostess shouted across the entire restaurant to ask how many people were in our party - rude from the very first moment. She also didn't bring enough menus, & when I asked for more, she responded rudely & clearly annoyed.
Most of the alcohol menu wasn't even available because they were out of stock. The waiter who took our order barely spoke English, which made ordering difficult, & another server worked the entire time in a medical mask - we genuinely suspected he was sick while serving food to customers.
We ordered a combo meal, & they completely forgot to bring the soup. We reminded them near the end of our meal, & instead of soup, they brought us salted water. At one point, a staff member came by with a bussing cart & started clearing food off our table while we were still sitting right there, eating.
After we finished, we waited about 20 minutes just to get the check, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The entire time we were there, no one checked on us, cleared our dirty plates, or asked if we wanted anything else.
Given the terrible service, we decided not to leave a tip - & the male manager made a scene in front of the whole restaurant, scolding us loudly for not tipping. Extremely unprofessional & disrespectful.
The food is really good but you guys have to respect the facts that you say you're open till 3am i've been calling for 45m to order but no answer it's really disappointing.

Very disappointing experience at Dynastie Restaurant. The service was poor, & the woman server with the bob haircut & bangs was rude & seemed annoyed the entire time.
We ordered an extra-large wonton soup that was supposed to be enough for eight people, but we were served what looked like a regular portion.
When we pointed it out, we were charged again instead of having the mistake corrected.
The food portions were small, & the quality was very average. Everyone at our table was disappointed with both the food & the service. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended. I won't be coming back.
Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The server handed 2 menus for 6 people to one person instead of serving the table, slammed our dishes down so hard the utensils rattled, & expected us to pass the plates around ourselves as well.
When one of our orders was incorrect, he immediately insisted it was what we ordered without listening & left the dish on the table anyway. The food was disappointing, but the service was even worse.
After I chose not to leave a tip because of the experience, the server told me,'Next time, get takeout if you're not going to tip.' I replied,'No problem, you'll never see me again.' I definitely won't be returning.
Food was okay but the service was racially negatively awful… maybe because of our coloured skins because we had another coloured skin families that approached us because they noticed we had a bad service & gave us some negative feedbacks that we were already experience… don't recommend this resto to no one at all
Lily & her team especially our amazing waitress were fantastic,
5 star customer service & hospitality we went there for a mini family reunion & surprise birthday
They were amazing from beginning to end
We were a large group & they were very patient & informative of the menu, I have been here numerous times but this is the first time with a larger group
