"Very poor service, we waited 1hr 40min for our food to arrive and we waited 50min for cappuccino (coffee was stone cold when served), we asked for salt & pepper when our food arrived but it never came. It would have been nice to receive a complementary dish or snack as a way of apologizing for the wait or for during the long wait but that did not..."
