Drinkerie is honestly one of those little neighbourhood spots that just feels good to be in. It's intimate, unpretentious, full of character, & whether I stop by for one drink or somehow end up staying for hours, I always feel comfortable there.

I actually first stepped into Drinkerie about 10 years ago & recently found myself coming back to it, & I'm so happy I did. There's a real community feeling here that you can't fake. A lot of industry people hang out here too, but it never feels cliquey. You can come alone, meet people, have a real conversation, play cards or one of the little box games, lose & end up taking a shot lol. Time just disappears.

Big shoutout to Erika, Anaïs, Iris, Ivan & Phil, the GM. They're really what makes this place what it is. From the jokes & random conversations to the more real ones, they take care of people & do everything with a lot of heart. You can really feel that.

Tuesday karaoke is probably one of my favourite nights. Anaïs hosts it & absolutely kills it, & the regulars who come out are honestly so much fun. Fridays & Saturdays they have DJs too, so depending on the night you can come for something super chill or end up having a whole night out.

I work at Satay nearby & I genuinely recommend Drinkerie to so many of my clients. It's perfect for a drink after dinner, a date, going out solo, meeting friends, or just sitting at the bar & seeing where the night takes you.

Definitely one of my favourite little gems around Atwater. 🤍
