This dosa place is such a hidden gem in montreal area. I went there with my family, we tried masala dosa & mango lassi, very authentic taste. Definitely recommend.
Most bland dosa & sambhar I had in my whole life. We ordered ghee podi masala dosas which were cooked with absolutely no ghee whatsoever. They were extremely dry & tasteless. The masala filling was too bland as well.
Sambhar felt like having a water curry with some vegetables in it. It didn't taste like sambhar at all. Upon complaining, we were told that this is how the food is prepared here always.
We went there seeing good reviews but were extremely disappointed. Never going again.
No high chair for babies so get your own car seat if you decide to go. Not many food options except dosas idly & vada & that too tasteless.
Very basic seating & ambience.

We visited for the first time, & it was a wonderful experience! We started with the **vada**, which came with **three freshly made, hot, crispy vadas** served alongside delicious **sambar, coconut chutney, & tomato chutney**. Everything tasted fresh, & the vada was absolutely perfect.
We also ordered a **filter coffee**, which was excellent & complemented the meal really well.
For the main course, we had **three ghee masala dosas**. They were crispy, generously filled, great in quantity, & incredibly tasty. Every dish was flavorful & freshly prepared.
The restaurant has **plenty of parking** & a spacious dining area, making it comfortable even for families. The **customer service was also very good** the staff were friendly & attentive.
Our child absolutely loved the **vada & dosa**, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
The only suggestion I have is to ensure the **wash basin & restrooms are cleaned regularly during busy rush hours**. When we first arrived, there were only a couple of customers, but within a short time, the restaurant became almost completely full.
Overall, the food was outstanding, & we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Overall, this place is great. The dosa itself was more on the thicker side with a good flavour profile & savory potato filling (since i ordered an onion masala dosa). The samba is the star. Very well made & gives you a sense of warmth. The chutneys are appeared fresh & tasted really well. While the service is on the slow side, this may be attributed to there only being 3 employees in the entire restaurant. The prices are very reasonable & I will return!
Food was amazing. I had ghee mysore masala dosa & it was so delicious. This would become my go to south Indian restaurant. I have also had idli vada & they were awesome too. Service was also fast.
This dosa spot is such a little gem. The dosas come out perfectly crisp on the outside & soft inside, with fillings that are full of flavor & comfort. Every bite feels warm & satisfying, especially with the chutneys & sambar on the side.
I enjoyed the masala cheese dosa. Give it a try.
The idli & vada come with chutneys as well.
Enjoyed my time here.
Hands down the best dosa place in Montreal. Every single detail is on point. The idly & vada were soft, not dry at all. The chutneys & sambar were perfectly seasoned, & the portions were generous. As for the dosa, I had the paneer masala one, & the filling was life-changing. I also liked that the dosa was crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. They make a great mango lassi as well. The whole for a super reasonable price!
