Went for a large party birthday (15 people). We were sat immediately but that was really the only smooth part of the evening. We had no less than 5 people serving our table, but drink service took about 25 minutes, & they never came back to ask if we wanted seconds. We had cutlery dropped on us twice, the second time was a dirty butter knife & no attempt to resolve the stained blouse was made. I'm giving some consolation to the fact that we were a large party & therefore things take longer, but when paying $180pp I would expect substantially more service polish. On a positive note, the food was excellent & the space is very well-done, creating a good ambiance. Likely would not return as a result of the poor service.Voir plus
