The best (or one of the very select, few..) authentic gelato spots in the city. Taste, consistency & ingredients, all that make it a real gelato. Highly recommended & worth every dollar (don't be disappointed if you're paying more for it than regular ice cream). A+

The gelato flavors are all incredible! I've definitely come back a few times. The only thing is that they need to improve their scooping techniques. The scoops are never the same amount, & I think because of the tool they use the workers themselves look like they're struggling to create a cohesive scoop. Every time I go, I never know if I'll get a big scoop or little scoop. I feel it should be consistent each time I go (since the price I'm paying stays consistent, it's only fair).

This gelato is not very good. It is the least'gelato' like gelato I have ever had. Closer to ice cream than gelato.

I don't know if my experience was because the freezer was too cold. The woman serving my gelato was hitting it like a hammer with her spade to chip it off which I've never seen before

Absolutely loved the gelato! The ice cream was fresh, creamy, & full of flavour, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The service made the experience even better. Anastasiia & Fabricio were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, & attentive. They went above & beyond to make us feel looked after & were happy to help with recommendations. Excellent customer service & fantastic gelato-I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
