Visited District Bagel this morning with my family, excellent value & service. Nancy in particular went above & beyond! We look forward to coming back next time we're in Montreal.
Great breakfast & brunch place in Montreal. Small place but a nice concept. Bagel & choices of how you want your eggs with salad & a coffee. Had the Greek omelet & it was amazingly tasty. It also has its own brand juices. It is mainly self serve for coffee & freshly squeeze orange juice. The only small issue & very minute. They are so busy that to get a clean table might take time but the table is wood shellac so a quick wipe & you are fine ( plenty of napkins). Plenty of fresh pastries to your liking as well.
Best bagels in MTL to my taste! They are NYC style. The taste of the dough is full of depth & flavour. I recommend also strongly their chives cream cheese. A-ma-zing.

My tastebuds "know" taste, my eyes "know" looks & that is sense enough for me to choose District Bagel's fine pastries & food for delicatessen delec-table events. Friendly staff. Top plate service
Don't know why this place has so many positive reviews. Overpriced breakfast menus that result in small plates, including an "Israeli salad" consisting of only chopped cucumbers & tomatos. One of my sunny side up eggs was served broken, & no one seemed to care. The bagels were nice though. Still, for the same price I could fetch considerably larger & better quality breakfast plate at some mainstream chains.

Staff was extremely kind & patient while taking our order. They were great with the kids & even gave them a gift!! The food was clean & delicious. Definitely a great breakfast/ lunch spot. So happy I got a chance to eat here.
Whether in-stores or online, it seems like every time you check the price of their blintzes they've raised them another $5. A pack of four on Uber is now at the insane price of $20! Grocery stores are little better at around $16. A year ago you could find them for less than $10. Inflation is not at 100% or even 50%: this is greed.
