Le lieu est superbe. Tout a été refait & c'est spacieux, agréable. On n'attend même plus pour se faire installer en terrasse.
Je ne vous conseille pas d'y aller pour manger, c'est très cher pour de la bouffe de brasserie vraiment moyenne; j'ai été déçu des quantités & de la qualité. Les prix reflètent des produits travaillés, j'ai testé le tartare de boeuf qui était beaucoup trop relevé, servi avec des champignons qui goûtaient juste le vinaigre... Vraiment dommage, mon chum a pris le burger qui est très simple & servi sans accompagnement. À la limite, la poutine est le meilleur rapport quantité-prix.
Les bières, par contre, sont toujours aussi bonnes ! Misez sur les sûres, les saisons fruitées & la péché mortel (évidemment), c'est la dedans qu'ils excellent. Les lagers sont bonnes mais en général sans intérêt particulier.
Venez vous délecter d'au moins une bière de cette institution dont la renommée n'est plus à faire, surtout si vous êtes de passage.View more

We are visiting from the west, we went on Monday for drinks & we tried different beers, they were so good. We came back on Thursday night for food, & everything was pretty good. The hamburger is juicy, medium rare as I like, & the bun wasn't the best, considering Montreal bakes some of the best bread. The ribs, cooked to perfection, the poutine, the best so far, & again the beers, so good.
The service was exceptional, & there was a good atmosphere.View more

Tried the new weekend brunch today-Amazing! Breakfast sandwich has a hash brown patty. With bacon & a fried egg it's divine. Poutine excellent as well : bacon is crispy & delicious. Fun vibe. Looking forward to going back for more.View more

Nice beer, totally recommend the stout imperial & the sour beer! Food was okay but poutine was kinda not worth the price. Overall a good place for a drink!!

The place was so packed on a Saturday afternoon I wasn't sure if that was normal or the exception. My friends really liked their English Lager & Port. We enjoyed the wine & shared an incredibly flavorful poutine. Even with almost every spot taken service was nice & quick. Was a great stop.View more

Pity I don't drink beer, huge range to choose from & looked very popular. However, was a great experience for my first ever poutine & it paired nicely with the cloudy apple cidre. Big place, good service, very fast & every table had water immediately which is rare coming from London!!View more

Très content que Dieu du Ciel ait revampé leur menu bouffe, les premières fois, nous nous sommes vraiment régalés, d'autres fois c'était vraiment irrégulier, calmars frits trop cuits, salade de betteraves avec les betteraves encore congelés dans le plat, des baos buns avec pratiquement juste de la sauce dedans. La poutine est le seul plat qui est toujours excellent. Rien à dire pour les bières autre qu'elles sont toujours excellentes. Svp ramenez le dessert à la péché mortel, c'était incroyable.View more

We have been trying to visit for litereally years now & it's always been absolutely packed with people. They have recently renovated & doubled the size, opened a terrace... & it was still difficult to get 2 seats. This past weekend we finally found out why. A beautiful modern looking, comfortable interior including visible stills. We opted to sit outside as it was a nice day & we enjoyed a few of their excellent beers & & equally stellar poutine. Great drinks, great food & perfect location. This is a great example of everything you'd want a microbrewery to be & we understand now why it's so popular.View more
